(Too much)
Too much, too much, too much, too much
Too much, too much, too much, too much (Too much)
Too much, too much, too much, too much
Too much, too much, too much, too much

[Verse 1: Ro James]
I've been searchin' for too long to let it go (Let it go)
You were the prescription to my antidote (Ooh)
Memories in my head, they get to frame my mental (Yeah)
Tend to think about it when I'm movin' dolo (Yeah)
Try hard to keep it cool, try to keep it kosher
Until we fall right back into the same motion (Same motion, yeah)
Ooh, it's the same motion, uh (Yeah)
Ooh, and if I never told you

[Pre-Chorus: Ro James]
There's no one that I trust like you
Ooh, we both ain't shit, you know it
Ooh, you know you ain't shit, you know it, ooh
Well, there's no one that I trust like you
Ooh, you know we ain't shit, you know it
Ooh, you know we can't quit, you know it, ooh

[Chorus: Ro James & Miguel]
Is it too much?
Wonder how much more of this can I take
Is it too much?
Wonder how much more of this can I take
Is it too much?
(Ooh-ooh, ooh-ooh-ooh)
(Ooh)

[Verse 2: Ro James]
Time to treat love like it's real estate
Girl, let's build this up and make our great escape
You say you want a relationship like Bey and Jay
Know that could be us, but, baby girl, you're playin'
Just one text, fuck around and relapse (Relapse)
We say we're done and then we're running right back
Always ready for sex when we know that it's a trap
They don't love me like you do, and that's a fact, girl

[Pre-Chorus: Ro James]
No one that I trust like you
Ooh, we both ain't shit, you know it
Ooh, you know you ain't shit, you know it, ooh
Well, there's no one that I trust like you
Ooh, you know we ain't shit, you know it
Ooh, you know we can't quit, you know it, ooh

[Chorus: Ro James & Miguel]
Is it too much?
Wonder how much more of this can I take (Oh)
Is it too much?
Wonder how much more of this can I take
Is it too much?
Wonder how much more of this can I take (Oh)
Is it too much?
Wonder how much more of this can I take
Is it too much?
(Ooh-ooh)

[Outro: Ro James]
Oh-hmm
Too much, too much, too much, too much
(Ooh, we both ain't shit, you know it)
Too much, too much, too much, too much
(You know you ain't shit, you know it)
Too much, too much, too much, too much
(Ooh, you know we ain't shit, you know it)
Too much, too much, too much, too much
(You know we can't quit, you know it)
Too much, too much, too much, too much
(Ooh, we both ain't shit, you know it)
Too much, too much, too much, too much
(You know you ain't shit, you know it)
Too much, too much, too much, too much
(Ooh, you know we ain't shit, you know it)
Too much, too much, too much, too much
(You know we can't quit, you know it)

Ro James

R&B singer Ro James (born Ronnie James Tucker) was born on November 19, 1987, to an extremely religious household. He was born in Stuttgart, Germany because his father served in the military. He then moved to America and lived with his grandmother for a year in New York before moving to California, Oklahoma, and several other locations throughout the U.S., but he would still visit New York every summer to see his grandmother. His father’s profession as a pastor influenced his love of Gospel music. When asked about having to sing in church because of his father and

He always tried to make us sing and I would hate it

Ro was a bit of a troublemaker growing up, even going as far as stealing a teacher’s wallet and buying pizza for the entire class in 7th grade. He was punished by his mother, who forced him to study. He believes that his punishment is what improved his penmanship. He would later go on to become friends with fellow R&B artist Miguel through Myspace.
