[Verse 1: Russ]
Yeah, for those who may not know
I got exactly what you need
Boss my tat like I'm Hugo
Bet I blow I bet I reach
Where I'm tryin' to go my flow my beats
Crush you ants I make stampedes
Fuck yo plans just plan to leave
I'm coming through cause I planted seeds and my fantasies
I'm coming true, you, you and him
Get the fuck out the way I'm movin' in
Two L's, One J, stay cooler than December in Vancouver
Damn, I'm two nice and I'm three real
Four Latinas in high heels
Five double shots at Six AM, I'm droppin' bombs on your mind feels

[Chorus: Russ]
I can't fade away
I can't fade away
This is too real, too real, too real
I can't fade away
I can't fade away
This is too real, too real, too real

[Verse 2: Russ]
Don't try to stop me it won't work
Get my purp from Captain Kirk
Wash it down with a little bit of gin
Then fuck your girl till she turns smurf
Not her first, not my last
Throw me love I drop that pass
I don't have time for the X's and O's
So I "X" these hoes out
My cash is way more important
These beats are my endorsement
So I'm up all night tryin' to earn my stripes
I'm blazin' trails like I'm from Portland
I'm so scorching, yup, torching blunts
I got skills it's more than luck
So I won't be ignored I force my way in if your door is shut

[Chorus: Russ]
I can't fade away
I can't fade away
This is too real, too real, too real
I can't fade away
I can't fade away
This is too real, too real, too real

[Bridge: Russ]
I don't, I don't see you
Unless you wanna' put on, put on these shoes
Until then I'm just going, going
Yeah I'm going, going
I don't, I don't see you
Unless you wanna' put on, put on these shoes
Until then I'm just going, going
Yeah I'm going, going

[Chorus: Russ]
I can't fade away
I can't fade away
This is too real, too real, too real
I can't fade away
I can't fade away
This is too real, too real, too real

Russell Vitale is a rapper from Atlanta, Georgia, by way of New Jersey. A lifelong fan of rap, Russ began writing raps in his notebook at the age of 7. At 14, he began making beats, producing for his friend Bugus who had dreams of making it as a rapper. In high school, Russ made the decision to also pursue a career as a rapper himself.

Between 2011 and 2014, Russ released 11 mixtapes. These received minimal attention, and Russ decided to wait to release his debut album until he had enough of an audience. What followed was 96 consecutive weekly singles released to his SoundCloud page. Two notables among the slew of singles were “What They Want” and “Losin Control,” both of which ended up being certified 2x Platinum by the RIAA.

On May 5, 2017, Russ released his debut album There’s Really A Wolf, which spawned 7 singles with Gold certification or higher and was certified Platinum within a year of its release. A year later, his sophomore project ZOO came to be on September 7, 2018, this time opting to enlist external producers and featured artists. Then, at the end of January 2020, he dropped his long-awaited SHAKE THE SNOW GLOBE album, where he talks about love, haters and his wealth.
