(Verse 1)
Cuando Aquellos Sentimientos
Se convierten en amor
When you know someone special
When the time passes by
Y recuerdas esos besos
Evidencia que hubo amsor
Hoy recuerdo aquella Niña del salón

(Coro)
As far as I go
But I just remember Margarita
Ay Aquella Muchacha Linda
Que me entregó su amor
My high school sweet heart
But one day you used to be my baby
We acted kind of crazy
My one true love

(Verse 2)
Cuando has conocido a muchas
Pero no hay comparación (no hay)
Margaritas no van
She got half of my heart
Y la siento ser mi dueña
Pagaria un millón
Por volver a encontrarme aquella flor

(Coro)
As far as I go
But I just remember Margarita
Ay Aquella Muchacha Linda
Que me entregó su amor
My high school sweet heart
But one day you used to be my baby
We acted kind of crazy
My one true love

(Verse 3)
Daría lo que no tengo
Por llegar a ese encuentro
Con la chica de mi ilusión
Margarita fue pasión
Melodia, inspiración
Y la musa que me incita a escribir
Esta canción

(Coro)
As far as I go
But I just remember Margarita
Ay Aquella Muchacha Linda
Que me entregó su amor
My high school sweet heart
But one day you used to be my baby
We acted kind of crazy
My one true love

As far as I go
(Ay Margarita Mi amor Ohhh)
My high school sweet heart
But one day you used to be my baby
We acted kind of crazy

(Outro)
Margarita la mas linda del Salon
Margarita la mas linda del Salon
Margarita la mas linda del Salon

Santana

Carlos Augusto Alves Santana (born July 20, 1947 in Autlán de Navarro, Jalisco) is a Mexican and American musician who became famous in the late 1960s and early 1970s with his band, Santana, which pioneered a fusion of rock and Latin American music. Carlos prefers to only play and leave lead vocals to guest singers. The band’s sound featured his melodic, blues-based guitar lines set against Latin and African rhythms featuring percussion instruments such as timbales and congas not generally heard in rock music. He experienced a resurgence of popularity and critical acclaim in the late 1990s. In 2003 Rolling Stone magazine listed Santana at number 20 on their list of the 100 Greatest Guitarists of All Time. He has won ten Grammy Awards and three Latin Grammy Awards.
