[Verse 1]
Rocked the place, getting on the plane
Thunder and lightning on the way
The cabin crew just told us to relax, yeah
Perfect time for a birthday bash
Ed threw a party and we all crashed
Long before we were taking off to nowhere

[Chorus]
Dancing with the moonlight
Should have been an easy flight
But once in the air, halfway there, we went down
Dancing with the moonlight
Destination out of sight
And before we arrived we were back on the ground

[Verse 2]
We came to stop and refueled the plane
Had some more vodka and cheap champagne
The stewardess looking so much better
Back in the air around midday
And we were finally on our way
One-hour flight, but this one took forever

[Chorus]

[Outro]
Thunder and lightning
Yeah
