[Rodney Sheppard]
We can go out..

[KRS-One]
Love's what we be about
Love's what we be about

[Rodney Sheppard]
We can go out on the weekend cause the weekend is free (it's getting good)
We can go off on the deep end if you're thinking of me
We can make it on your old mans money
Never make it on mine
We can make it through the week when you're believing in me

You're the one that said to me that we don't regret anymore
We don't regret anymore

[KRS-One]
Love's what we be about
Love's what we be about

[Rodney Sheppard]
We can get out on the weekend everybody can see
We can drive off the deep end if you depend on me
We can make it, you can make it
Never make it on time
Loose your mind on the weekend off the deep end with me

Hey sit down put your money on the ground cause it's gonna be a tragedy
Hey sit down put your money on the ground cause it's gonna be a tragedy

You're the one that said to me that we don't regret anymore
We don't regret anymore

[KRS-One]
Love's what we be about
Love's what we be about
Get it up

Gonna be a tragedy
Over here over there
Love's what we be about
(KRS- ONE rap) we can go out...

Sugar Ray

Sugar Ray is an American rock band from Newport Beach, California. Originally forming in 1986. They originally played rap-rock, with early singles like “Iron Mic” and “Mean Machine”. The band achieved mainstream popularity in 1997 with their more pop-influenced single, “Fly”. The song’s success led the band to shift its style dramatically to the more radio-friendly pop sound with their newer releases. Their best-selling album, 14:59, was released in 1999, and featured popular singles “Every Morning”, “Someday”, and “When It’s Over”.
