[Verse 1]
Well Annie's pretty neat
She always eats her meat
Joey's almost strong
Bet your life he's putting us on
Oh lordy
Oh lordy
You know I need some loving
Move me, touch me

[Chorus]
John, I'm only dancing
She turns me on
But I'm only dancing
She turns me on
Don't get me wrong
I'm only dancing

[Verse 2]
Shadow love was quick and keen
Life's a well thumbed machine
Saw you watching from the stairs
You're everyone that ever cared
Oh lordy
Oh lordy
You know I need some loving
Move me, touch me

[Chorus]
John, I'm only dancing
She turns me on
But I'm only dancing
She turns me on
Don't get me wrong
I'm only dancing
John, I'm only dancing
She turns me on
But I'm only dancing
She turns me on
Don't get me wrong
I'm only dancing

[Outro]
Dancing
Won't someone dance with me?
Touch me

Sun Kil Moon

Sun Kil Moon is a folk rock act founded in San Francisco in 2002. It is also known as the main moniker of guitarist and vocalist Mark Kozelek. Originally a continuation of Kozelek’s defunct indie rock band Red House Painters, Sun Kil Moon released Ghosts of the Great Highway in 2003 to widespread critical acclaim and has performed under the moniker ever since.

Kozelek shows a great interest in the sport of boxing which comes up in many of his songs. The group is even named after the Korean lightweight boxer Sung-Kil Moon.
