[Intro]
Oh ohohoh
Ohohoh ohohoh

Oh ohohoh (yeaheaheaheaheaheah)
Ohohoh ohohoh (yeaheaheaheaheaheah)

Oh ohohoh (yeaheaheaheaheaheah)
Ohohoh ohohoh (yeaheaheaheaheaheah)

Ohoh ooh, yeah

[Verse 1]
If you're the air that I breathe
Tell me why I'm suffocatin'
If you're the promise that I keep
Tell me why it's breakin'
Don't let go of my hand
I need you to keep holdin' on

You're the wings that let me fly
Now my altitude is fadin'
Built me up so high
It's too far down to place it
This can't be the end
I need you to keep holdin' on

[Pre-Chorus]
You've been here from the start (start)
And baby, now you want my heart (heart)
Baby, if we let this fall apart (apart)
We lose everything

[Chorus]
Whatever happens
When this world is closin' in
We can't keep paying or our sins
I can't bare the cost if this love ends

Whatever happens
And if our truth becomes a lie
I don't know how I'll survive
Can't you see me hangin' on for life?

[Hook]
Watever happens is, is
Watever happens is, is
Watever happens is, is
Don't let go of my hand

Watever happens is, is
Watever happens is, is
Watever happens is, is
Don't let go of my hand

[Verse 2]
See my knuckles gettin' white
Now I feel my hand slippin'
Every day and every night
Think I'm losin' grip and
The weight inside
Is becoming too much to hold

You're my sun, you're my star
Ooh, you're my god given
Let you inside my world
I still want you in it
Need you in my life
And I just can't let you go

[Pre-Chorus]
You've been here from the start (start)
And baby, now you want my heart (heart)
Baby, if we let this fall apart (apart)
We'll lose everything

[Chorus]
Whatever happens
When this world is closin' in
We can't keep paying or our sins
I can't bare the cost if this love ends

Whatever happens
And if our truth becomes a lie
I don't know how I'll survive
Can't you see me hangin' on for life?

[Hook]
Watever happens is, is
Watever happens is, is
Watever happens is, is
Don't let go of my hand (no matter what you're gonna do)

Watever happens is, is (oh ohohoh)
Watever happens is, is
Watever happens is, is (ohohoh ohohoh)
Don't let go of my hand

[Bridge]
I'm holdin' on to a love scene, [?] amour
Don't wanna lock this last open door
And lose the chance to find
All that we were livin' for

I would hold forever
Piece our love together
Just promise me
Whatever happens, yeah

[Chorus]
Whatever happens
When this world is closin' in
We can't keep paying or our sins
I can't bare the cost if this love ends

Whatever happens
And if our truth becomes a lie
I don't know how I'll survive
Can't you see me hangin' on for life?

[Hook]
Watever happens is, is
Watever happens is, is
Watever happens is, is
Don't let go of my hand (don't let go, go)

Watever happens is, is (oh ohohoh)
Watever happens is, is
Watever happens is, is (ohohoh ohohoh)
Don't let go of my hand

[Outro]
Oh ohohoh (yeaheaheaheaheaheah)
Ohohoh ohohoh (yeaheaheaheaheaheah)

Oh ohohoh (yeaheaheaheaheaheah)
Ohohoh ohohoh (yeaheaheaheaheaheah)

Oh ohohoh (yeaheaheaheaheaheah)
Ohohoh ohohoh (yeaheaheaheaheaheah)
