Won't you be my island in a stormy sea
(Won't you be)
My mountain when the rivers rise
And when you need someone to cling to
I will be your tree
And like the sun I'll dry the tears from your eyes

(Let's make our love) Heavy on the sunshine
Light on the rain
Every day a good time
And our love will remain forever
Heavy on the sunshine and light on the rain
We'll be safe and warm inside our hearts

I'll choose your favorite color from the rainbow
And lеt the others fade into thе sky
(You and I) We'll wrap up in our love
When it turns cold
And just lay back and watch the sun rise

(Let's make our love) Heavy on the sunshine
Light on the rain
Every day a good time
And our love will remain forever
Heavy on the sunshine and light on the rain
We'll be safe and warm inside our hearts

Let's make it together
Only you and I can change the stormy weather

(Let's make our love) Heavy on the sunshine
Light on the rain
Every day a good time
And our love will remain forever
Heavy on the sunshine and light on the rain
We'll be safe and warm inside our hearts
(fade)
