Atlanta’s JID and Florida’s Denzel Curry first collaborated on the latter’s “SIRENS | Z1RENZ” on July 26, 2018. They have since worked together on the February 2021 remix of the former’s January 2017 track “Bruuuh,” as well as both featuring on REASON’s December 2020 track “Extinct (Extended).”
