Free Free Free
My name is my name, I am not influenced
It's Aha

[Verse 1: YourWelcome Shon]
My name is my name, I am not influenced
I think the fame I got in tune
Then they forgetting 'bout all the music
Then they forgetting 'bout why we do it
This year the trap might get boomed out
This year they gotta make room now
Hear 'em talking on the side of they neck
This year they probably get tuned out
Run and tell them that we in the place
Got the boom, twitching with the bass
At the shows, girls wanna hang
Looked at them, then I hit them with the wife
Married thing, one and only with the options
It's God's vision so it's no surprise
If we get it popping, didi bopping
Music for the free, if you ain't picking us
You picking cotton

[Hook: Alex Faith & YourWelcome Shon]
We got the roof off
We got the roof off
Y'all better cool off
Tell 'em I'm too raw
They can't hang with us
We got the new soft
Walk in the venue
We got the roof off
We got the roof off
We got the roof off
Y'all better cool off
Tell 'em I'm too raw
They can't hang with us
We got the new soft
Walk in the venue
We got the roof off

[Verse 2: Alex Faith]
They hated but I got the juice now
Confused, they don't know what to do now
Come here, let me teach you a new style
It's called being real, better cool down
I've been the same before I came, before
My name was synonymous for too raw
Never changed
I tuck my chains, I'm not the same
Like the rest of these lames are
Burning up the road and the
Mic at the same time
Connected and the hip
Play it all on the same line
Future looking bright like
We see with the same eyes
I don't care what's being said
They never changing in my mind
They biting they style
When they flowing in triplets
They sound like the Migos
They flowing like the Stix
They talk really crazy like they from the trap
You checking they resume
Never have seen it

[Hook: Alex Faith & YourWelcome Shon]
We got the roof off
We got the roof off
Y'all better cool off
Tell 'em I'm too raw
They can't hang with us
We got the new soft
Walk in the venue
We got the roof off
We got the roof off
We got the roof off
Y'all better cool off
Tell 'em I'm too raw
They can't hang with us
We got the new soft
Walk in the venue
We got the roof off

[Verse 3: Aha Gazelle]
I'm going 90 bumping Coldplay
You never catch me I'm too far away
Police say I see black in white
I didn't know that we were in a race
I'm passing class, passing all my tapes
My parents thought it was just a phase
Till I hit them keys and I began to play
I hit a dab to Amazing Grace
My mamma said I couldn't pull up to the show
Until I went and pulled up all my grades
I got my degree and made sure I wasn't musky
That's another dab across the stage
I'm from Louisiana where you either
Got dreadlocks or a Boosie-fade
I thank God every morning
Then I tell Ferb, I know what to do today
A lot of people try to give advice
And I don't hear them cause they know they all deranged
I'm out here looking for a median
And if you don't mind can you meet me halfway
I think a lot of things I prolly shouldn't
But just I mean every word I say
She said she want to be my boo boo
But I'm not finna waste my time at the dock of the bay
Everybody in the building wants to know
Who let the mockingbird up out of the cage
If you listen to me, I didn't do it I don't understand why she hollerin' rape
Man y'all done told me y'all was gonna stay inside my room
And I didn't need a place to stay
And now I'm telling God about my troubles
Cause it seems to be the only time I pray

[Hook: Alex Faith & YourWelcome Shon]
We got the roof off
We got the roof off
Y'all better cool off
Tell 'em I'm too raw
They can't hang with us
We got the new soft
Walk in the venue
We got the roof off
We got the roof off
We got the roof off
Y'all better cool off
Tell 'em I'm too raw
They can't hang with us
We got the new soft
Walk in the venue
We got the roof off

Alex Faith

Music is literally in Alex Faith’s blood. The Atlanta rapper and producer’s grandfather Marion actually earned a spot in the Atlanta Country Music Hall of Fame, while Alex’s mom and dad encouraged him to pick up a guitar at 12-years-old. By 18, he ended up even recording Lecrae in a makeshift home studio. As he started creating his own music, he pursued a sound that would incorporate all of the elements of hip-hop, folk, and country that spoke to him.

Signing to Collision Records, his experiences fueled ATLast, his debut for the label. The record boasted feature spots from the likes of Trip Lee, Andy Mineo, Tedashii and more, and it hit #4 on Billboard’s Top Christian Albums chart. He’d embark on a tour with label mate Dre Murray that would fortify their friendship and lead to the recording of 2015’s collaborative opus audio/visual album, Southern Overexposed, and its subsequent tour. “Everything is going to get bigger,” he says. “There will be live instruments and a real Southern influence that pays homage to my roots and my home. That’s what captivated me when I was young. I’d love for people to feel like they trust me when they listen to one of my albums. If they feel like they believe me, I’ve done it right.”
