[Verse 1]
I'm sick to death of hearing things
From uptight, short-sighted, narrow-minded hypo-critics
All I want is the truth (Truth)
Just gimme some truth (Truth)
I've had enough of reading things
By neurotic, psychotic, pig-headed politicians
All I want is the truth (Truth)
Just gimme some truth (Truth)

[Chorus]
No short-sighted, yellow-bellied, son of Tricky Dicky's
Gonna Mother Hubbard soft soap me
With pockets full of hope
Or money for dope

[Verse 2]
I'm sick to death of seeing things
From tight-lipped, condescending, mama's little chauvinists
All I want is the truth (Truth)
Just gimme some truth (Truth)
I've had enough of watching scenes
With schizophrenic, egocentric, paranoiac prima-donnas
All I want is the truth (Truth)
Just gimme some truth (Truth)

[Chorus]
No short-haired, yellow-bellied, son of Tricky Dicky
Gonna Mother Hubbard soft soap me
With pockets full of soap
It's money for dope

[Post-Chorus]
Truth! Truth! Truth! Truth! Truth! Truth! Truth! Truth!
Truth! Truth! Truth! Truth! Truth! Truth! Truth! Truth!

[Bridge]
All I want is the truth (Truth)
So just gimme some truth (Truth)
Well, all I want is the truth (Truth)
Just gimme some truth
Well, all I want is the truth
Just gimme some truth
Well, all I want is the truth
Just gimme some truth (Woo)

[Guitar Solo]

[Outro]
(All I want) All I want is the truth
(All I want) All I need is the truth
(All I want) All I want, I want
(All I want) Truth
(All I want) All I want is the truth
(All I want) Just gimme some truth
(All I want) All I want
(All I want) Truth
(All I want) All I want is the truth
(All I want) All I want is the truth
