[Intro]
Uh huh, yeah, ayy
Uh huh, uh huh

[Chorus]
Yeah, somethin' tells me
We ain't gon' last, baby
We ain't gon' last, baby
We ain't gon' last, baby
We ain't gon' last, baby

[Verse 1]
Yo' intuition has been tellin' you
Things that you never knew (never knew)
Rubbing shoulders with bitches I used to put on pedestals
But still I keep it professional
Hey, laying in the bed and you acting like I can't even touch you
I don't know why you do that
Shower with the door open, why you do that?
Drop the towel right in front of me, you cruel
What's goin' on, baby, talk to me, baby
Say it to me straight, did I make a mistake?
And I can't concentrate while you're standing there naked
Acting strange, yeah, yeah, yeah

[Chorus]
Yeah, somethin' tells me
We ain't gon' last, baby
We ain't gon' last, baby
We ain't gon' last, baby
We ain't gon' last, baby
Yeah, somethin' tells me
We ain't gon' last, baby
We ain't gon' last, baby
We ain't gon' last, baby
We ain't gon' last, baby

[Verse 2]
My intuition has been telling me
Trust what you said to me
You ain't never really felt love 'til you slept with me
I'm busy, it's no wonder you upset with me
You found a Magnum inside of my bag
Don't know how to explain this
That was in there way before we started dating
This the only music I hate facing, oh
Lay down, baby, I'ma take it slow
Can't let this thing go to waste, oh no
Before we crash, hit the brakes, oh no
Call, then I got to your place, oh no
Still getting voicemail, oh no
Fuck it, leave a voicemail, oh no
Hey, looks like we're at the end of the road

[Chorus]
Yeah, somethin' tells me
We ain't gon' last, baby
We ain't gon' last, baby
Somethin' tells me
We ain't gon' last, baby
We ain't gon' last, baby
Yeah somethin' tells me
We ain't gon' last, baby
We ain't gon' last, baby
We ain't gon' last, baby
We ain't gon' last, baby

[Outro]
Oh yeah, oh yeah
Oh yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah
You know I feel like you know what I'm about to say
Oh yeah, oh yeah
You know what I'm about to say, huh
Oh yeah, oh yeah
Can we make it work, huh
Can we make it work
Let's make it work
Let's make it work, yeah
I know we can make it work
Let's make it work
We can make it work, come on

Bryson Tiller

Bryson Tiller is an American singer-songwriter from Louisville, Kentucky. His debut studio album T R A P S O U L, was released on October 2, 2015.

Tiller started receiving massive internet attention from music industry insiders with his breakout single “Don’t” which he originally released on SoundCloud, which has since been streamed over 35 million times.

Early co-signs from super producer Timbaland and Drake led to multiple major label deals for Bryson. One of those major label deals being a OVO contract from Drizzy, but Bryson surprisingly declined the offer. Later he eventually chose to sign a creative partnership with RCA Records on August 25, 2015. It wasn’t easy for Bryson coming up although. Bryson realeased Killer Instinct Vol. 1 back in 2011. While at the same time, Bryson was working some real overtime and was a big hustler, working two jobs and also dealing with relationship issues. At one point, Bryson even considered applying for a third job, to provide for his little daughter, Harley (who is featured in the True To Self cover art). Bryson struggled but then he released a song that would change his life forever. He dropped this song on Soundcloud in 2014. This song is the one we all know and love, Don’t. Bryson instantly became an overnight sensation. And from that we already know he received props from Timbaland and Drake and since then has released three T R A P S O U L in 2015, True To Self in 2017 and A N N I V E R S A R Y in 2020, exactly five years after the release of his debut album.
