[Intro]
Ooh
Ooh, ooh
Yeah

[Verse 1]
Baby, let's cruise, away from here
Don’t be confused, baby, the way is clear, uh
And if you want it, you got it forever
Oh, this is not a one night stand, baby

[Pre-Chorus]
Oh, ooh, let the music take your mind
And just release and you will find, ayy baby

[Chorus]
We're gonna fly away
Glad you're going my way
I love it (Hey), when we’re cruisin' together
Music was made baby
Music was made for love
Cruisin'
Cruisin' is made (Hey), for love
Oh baby
I love it when we're cruisin' together
Hmm, hmm

[Verse 2]
Baby tonight (Baby tonight), belongs to us
Everything's right, do what you must (Oh, yeah) baby
And inch by inch we get closer and closer, oh
Every little part of each other, ooh baby, baby
(Oh yeah)
Ooh

[Pre-Chorus]
Let the music take your mind
Just release and you will find, baby

[Chorus]
We're gonna fly away
Ayy baby, baby
Glad you’re going my way
I love it
I love it when we’re cruisin' together
(Oh baby)
Music was made for love
Music was made for love
(Ayy)
Cruisin’ is made for love
(Ohh)
Oh baby
I love it when we're cruisin' together
I love it (I love it)

D’Angelo

Michael Eugene Archer (born February 11, 1974), better known by his stage name D'Angelo (pronounced dee-Angelo), is an American R&B and neo soul singer-songwriter, multi-instrumentalist and record producer.

The allure of D’Angelo began in 1995 on his debut album “Brown Sugar,” where he emerged as a nostalgic figure in modern soul. Armed with a honeyed voice and hip-hop swagger, D’Angelo was equal parts Marvin Gaye and LL Cool J, the consummate musician and the coolest guy in the room.

His second album, 2000’s Voodoo, was a near perfect communion of buttery soul, Crisco-fried funk, and hip-hop thump.
