All around the city
Everywhere I go
Something strange is happening
To everyone I know

Hear the voice of loneliness
Crying in the night
See the madness in their eyes
Dancing with delight

I want to know
Why everyone I know
Has gone flip city
You say it ain't true
What can I do, now
I'm going flip city

Feels like someone's watching
Every move I make
Feels like someone's following
Every step I take

Suddenly, we're not alone
You can feel it too
Suddenly, we're not ourselves
What's come over you

I want to know
Why everyone I know
Has gone flip city
She used to want me
How can it be, now
She's gone flip city
You say it ain't true
What can I do, now
I'm going flip city
I want to know
Why everyone I know
Has gone flip city

Wake me when it's over
Tell me I'm alright
Tell me it was just a dream
Dream I had last night

I can hear the spirits now
Moving under ground
I can feel them closing in
About to drag me down

I want to know
Why everyone I know
Has gone flip city
She used to want me
How can it be, now
She's gone flip city
You say it ain't true
What can I do, now
I'm going flip city
I want to know
Why everyone I know
Has gone flip city

I want to know why
Gone flip city
I want to know why
Gone flip city
I want to know why
She's gone flip city
