If tonight we reach, it won't be for the first time
So we race, through the dark to the light
We’ve been through hard times, but they're our times now
It's just you and me and us against the world

We belong with the restless
Keep company with rebels and with dreamers
And learned from the landslide
There’s equal scars from victory and failure
Oh and the innocent man, he knows only the good die young
While the proud men hide
So we die for a little, if only to give living one more try

It's just you and me and us against the world

Oh oh oh oh

We ignore reservations, each time we choose to climb onto the ladder
Like the road less taken, we're in search of destinations that will matter
So with these broken wings, we stand on the brink, wings unfurled
Say goodbye to the sidelines

Once again it's us against the world
Ooh Ooh
I hear the voices say, I hear them say
Once again it's us against the world
Ooh Ooh
Oh I hear them say

If tonight we reach it won't be for the first time
So we race, headlong into the fight, to the fight
Can't swear we'll still be standing at sunrise
Once again it’s us against the world

And we’ve lived through heartache
We've held on past, more than I can take
Been just strong enough to break

But tonight we reach, it might be for the last time
So we race, through the dark to the light
Can’t swear we'll still be standing at sunrise
We've lived through hard times, but they're our times now

It’s just you and me and us against the world
Wooooooorld
Once again it's us against the world
Wooooooorld
Oh oh
I hear them say
Us against the world
Wooooooorld
Hear the voices say, let me hear you say
Once again its us aginst the world
Wooooooorld
I hear you say, let me hear you say
It's just you and me and us against the world

With 20+ years under their belts as a band, brothers Isaac, Taylor, and Zac Hanson have definitely made their mark! Five years building a fanbase as an independent band led to a meteoric rise in 1997 as they released their first commercial single, “MMMBop,” from their debut album Middle of Nowhere. The catchy, bubblegum pop appeal of the song helped make the band a household name.

A long line of hits and studio albums, multiple Grammy nominations and over 16 million album sales worldwide followed.

The band now runs an independent label while maintaining a “coveted connection with their global fanbase.”
