Put down your guard, doesn't mean that you stop dreaming
Or that you change what you believe in, all I want is us to try
Lay down your arms, doesn't mean that we stop fighting
Only that we recognize that we might shed blood for our pride

And we shout cause we cannot help ourselves, carrying on
And we try to pretend we do no wrong
So we do harm all along
We should have always been as one
One
We should have always been as one

Tear down these walls
There is a danger to our hearts
Monuments to isolation that dеny us what we've lost
Make pеace not war, is a cause that has no cost
Only that what you believe in, is to stand and bear your cross

And we shout cause we cannot help ourselves carrying on
And we try to pretend we do no wrong
So we do harm all along
We should have always been as one
One
We should have always been as one

Give up on the man you are
The place that you've come from
Without it you might not get far
But with it you're already numb
You'll discover once the damage is done

We should have always been as one
One, one, one
We should have always been as one
One, one, one
We should have always been as one
As one as one

With 20+ years under their belts as a band, brothers Isaac, Taylor, and Zac Hanson have definitely made their mark! Five years building a fanbase as an independent band led to a meteoric rise in 1997 as they released their first commercial single, “MMMBop,” from their debut album Middle of Nowhere. The catchy, bubblegum pop appeal of the song helped make the band a household name.

A long line of hits and studio albums, multiple Grammy nominations and over 16 million album sales worldwide followed.

The band now runs an independent label while maintaining a “coveted connection with their global fanbase.”
