We're gonna do an arrangement that Clifford and I
Came up with and, uh
I'd like to dedicate it to, to my younger sister

Dear Prudence
Won't you come out to play?
Dear Prudence
Greet the brand new day

The sun is up, the sky is blue
It's beautiful and so are you
Dear Prudence
Won't you come out to play?

Dear Prudence
Let me see you smile
Dear Prudence
You're like a little child

The clouds will be a daisy again
So let me see you smile again
Dear Prudence
Won't you let me see you smile?
(Ooh) WOn't you let me see you smile?

Do you wanna build a snowman?
Come on, let's go and play
I never see you anymore, come out the door
It's like you've gone away

We used to be best buddies, and now we're not
I wish you would tell me why
Do you wanna build a snowman?
It doesn't have to be a snowman
(Okay, bye)

Do you wanna build a snowman
Or ride our bikes around the halls?
I think some company is overdue, I've started talking to
The pictures on the walls

It gets a little lonely, all these empty rooms
Just watching the hours tick by
Do you want to build a snowman?
It doesn't have to be a snowman
Okay, bye

(It doesn't have to be a snowman) 'Kay, bye
(It doesn't have to be a snowman) 'Kay, bye
(It doesn't have to be a snowman) 'Kay, bye

Please, I know you're in there
People are asking where you've been
They say "have courage" and I'm trying to
I'm right out here for you
Just let me in

We only have each other, it's just you and me
What are we gonna do?
Do you wanna build a snowman?
It doesn't have to be a snowman

The sun is up, the sky is blue
It's beautiful and so are you
Won't you come out to play?
