[Verse 1]
Got no place to be, no one's needing me
My girl just said we're through
Love was here to stay only yesterday
Today my world is blue, so

[Chorus]
Show me to where there's music
Show me to where there's music
With music, I might just go on
I got to have a song
To keep me going on
I, I got to have a song now, now

[Verse 2]
Had a happy home, now its turned to stone
Kitchen's cold and bare
She cooks all day for me, I hurry home to see
But I know she's not there, so

[Chorus]
Show me to where there's music
Show me to where there's music
With music, I just might go on
I got to have a song
To keep me going on
I got to have a song, baby

Show me to where there's music
Show me to where there's music
With music, I just might go on
I got to have a song
To keep me going on
I got to have a song, baby

[Verse 1]
Got no place to be, no one's needing me
My girl just said we're through
Love was here to stay, only yesterday
Today my world is blue, so

[Chorus]
Show me to where there's music
Show me to where there's music
With music, I just might go on
I got to have a song baby
To keep me going on now, now
Somebody please, help me get a song

[Outro]
Oh, I got to have, I got to have
I got a have, I got to have a song now
Ooh ooh, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah
Ah, to make me feel so good
Ooh, make me feel right
