[Intro]
Yeah

[Verse 1]
I said it wrong, but I meant it right
But you're the only one who would know
Yeah, it's so faded, right?
But I was the one
I almost lost my nerve for less than I deserve, yeah
I got it wrong, but I made it right
You know I made it right
You said it's done, but it's not done

[Chorus]
I come alive on the weekend
I might die on the weekend (Might die, might die, might die)
Another line for my demons
I might die on the weekend (Might die)
I talk low, better lean in
I say, "Keep up," she can't even
I come alive on the weekend
I might die on the weekend

[Verse 2]
How did we end up here like this? (Yeah)
I see the midnight on your lips
Every time you come around
And if there's nothing more than this (Nothing more than this)
That's okay, but one more time before you're gone
We said it's done, but it's not done

[Chorus]
I come alive on the weekend
I might die on the weekend (Might die on the weekend)
Another line for my demons
I might die on the weekend (Yeah, yeah)
I talk low, better lean in
I say, "Keep up," she can't even (Yeah, yeah)
I come alive on the weekend
I might die on the weekend

[Bridge]
Everybody's got their own vice
Do you think about me when you're alone?
It kinda got to me last night after everyone was gone
If there's one thing that I've learned
Only you can stop the hurt
Yeah, it's 'bout time that I realize it's a lost fight
I said it's done, but it's not done
No, no, I said it's done, but it's not done
Yeah, yeah, I said it's done, but it's never done

[Chorus]
I come alive on the weekend (Might die)
I might die on the weekend
Another line for my demons (Another line)
I might die on the weekend (Oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh)
I talk low, better lean in (No, no)
I say, "Keep up," she can't even (Keep up, yeah, keep up, yeah)
I come alive on the weekend
I might die on the weekend
(I come alive, I come alive)
I might die on the weekend
(I come alive, might die)
I might die on the weekend
(Oh, no, no, no, no)
I might die on the weekend
(I come alive, might die)
I might die on the weekend

Liam Payne

Liam James Payne is an English R&B-pop singer-songwriter. He made his debut as a singer when he auditioned as a solo artist for the British television series The X Factor in 2008. He reauditioned as a solo artist in 2010, where he was put into a group along with four other contestants, to form the boy band that would later become known as One Direction.

Since joining One Direction, Payne, along with bandmates Niall Horan, Louis Tomlinson, Harry Styles and former bandmate Zayn Malik, have released five commercially successful albums, performed on four worldwide tours, and won multiple awards, including several BRIT Awards and four MTV Video Music Awards. He has worked independently under the monikers “Big Payno” and “Payno”, creating remixes for songs such as British pop singer Cheryl’s single “I Don’t Care”.

When One Direction first announced their hiatus in 2016, Liam said that he would stay in the music, but not go into a solo singing career. On May 10, 2017, Liam announced the release of his debut single “Strip That Down”. It became one of the biggest-selling debuts of all time, one of the most streamed songs of Summer 2017, making it the biggest selling song by any member from One Direction at the time.
