[Verse 1]
"I tried so hard", I said
"The life I saw, so wrongly led"
The two paths in this dimming place
The light so faint I can't see your face

[Chorus]
Turn on the light so I can see
Turn off the hope you had for me
Turn on the voice that cries again
Turn on the lights, turn on the rain
Turn on the light so I can see
Turn off the hope you had for me
Turn on the voice that cries again
Turn on the lights, turn on the rain

[Post-Chorus]
(Turn on the lights) Just turn on the lights
(Turn on the lights) Just (Turn on the lights)

[Verse 2]
Why sell what's given free?
The new looks old when one is three
Brighter than the sun
Brighter than the moon
Brighter than a darkstar high at noon

[Chorus]
So, turn on the light so I can see
Turn off the hope you had for me
Turn on the voice that cries again
Turn on the lights, turn on the rain
Turn on the light so I can see
Turn off the hope you had for me
Turn on the voice that cries again
Turn on the lights, turn on the rain

[Bridge]
Turn on the lights, turn on the rain
Turn on the lights, turn on the rain
Turn on the lights, turn on the rain
Turn on the lights and watch the rain

[Chorus]
Turn on the light so I can see
Turn off the hope you had for me
Turn on the voice that cries again
Turn on the lights, turn on the rain
Turn on the light so I can see
Turn off the hope you had for me
Turn on the voice that cries again
Turn on the lights, turn on the rain

[Chorus 2]
Turn on the light so I can see
Turn off the hope you had for me
Turn on the voice that cries again
Turn on the lights, turn on the rain

[Outro]
Turn on the lights, turn on the rain
(Just turn the rain)
Turn on the lights, turn on the rain
Turn on the lights, turn on the rain
(Just turn the rain)
Turn on the lights, turn on the rain
Turn on the lights, turn on the rain
(Just turn the rain)
Turn on the lights, turn on the rain
Turn on the lights, turn on the rain
(Just turn the rain)
Turn on the lights, turn on the rain

Just turn on the lights, just turn on the lights

Moby & The Void Pacific Choir

In 2016, Moby formed a new group called Moby & The Void Pacific Choir. Their debut album is entitled These Systems Are Failing, which describes how a lot of these systems such as education and law are failing and we need to do something. Their song “Are You Lost In A World Like Me” became popular on social media and the music video showed how society has been focusing on technology and their phones too much.
