[Verse 1]
We have to love him now
While he is still here
For all that, all that he's done
Before the moment disappears

[Pre-Chorus]
We can still hug him now
After all these years
'Cause when the darkness, when the darkness comes
He's our chandelier

[Chorus]
To bring the light (Woo, woo, woo, woo, woo)
To bring the light, yeah (Woo, woo, woo, woo, woo, woo)
I'm sorry if this is a bore
But I wasn't seen in here before
So I toast him tonight
Wooh, uh (Woo, woo, woo, woo, woo, woo)

[Verse 2]
When your trajectory was off
And couldn't find true north, just lost
He would say, "Protect him, at all cost"
They would hang up the calls

[Pre-Chorus]
But we, we can still hug him now
After all these years
'Cause when the darkness comes
He's our chandelier

[Chorus]
To bring the light (Ayy, woo, woo, woo, woo, woo)
To bring the light, yeah (Woo, woo, woo, woo, woo, woo)
I'm sorry if this is a bore
But I wasn't seen in here before
So I toast him tonight
Wooh, uh (Woo, woo, woo, woo, woo, woo)

[Bridge]
'Cause when the darkness comes
And you know it'll come, you know it'll come, but when it does
Just know, he's our chandelier

[Chorus]
Oh, to bring the light (Ayy)
To bring the light, yeah
I'm sorry if this is a bore
But I wasn't seen in here before
So I toast him tonight
Wooh, uh
