Took all my alibis, bye for they lies when they tryna belittle me
Bid on me, guess you wanna see the bigger me

[Verse 6: Dirty Sanchez]
Chilling with the don and yeah it's war, put a hit on me
You can smoke all you want, all you want bitch, just don't fuck with my purp
I'm not finna work for no white man
Put that on my heart with my right hand
Latino heat, I do my dance
Watch money roll like that's my plan
I only hang with a gang full of leaders
I earned my stripes, pledge of allegiance
Fuck all my teachers, I'm hoping you see this
And everyone else that was non-believers
Sunshine and that knife in
47 shit, for forever, shit
You ain't fucking with mine, whatever bitch

[Verse 7: Nyck Caution]
Whatever, Nyck spit sounding like Beretta clips
It's been a minute but the Era got it's members together
I'm with the world, got that notice
STEEZ quick to the catch yeah, want you back
Remember what was missing from the game
Audiopium, I'll probably be addicted forever

Pro Era

Pro Era is a Brooklyn hip hop collective that includes rappers Joey Bada$$, CJ Fly, Kirk Knight, Nyck Caution, Aaron Rose, Dessy Hinds, Dirty Sanchez, Rokamouth, J.A.B. and Jakk the Rhymer, along with producers Chuck Strangers and Powers Pleasant. The collective was formed in 2011 by Capital STEEZ and Powers Pleasant, with Joey Bada$$ and CJ Fly among its founding members.

Pro Era stands for Progressive Era. We live in the Common Era, so naming the group “Pro Era” is symbolic of the group helping to bring forth a new era, a new age, with their conscious music.

The Collective uses and refers to the number ‘47’ heavily. First championed by Capital STEEZ, the number is meant to represent the tension between the fourth chakra—the heart—and the seventh—the brain.
