[Intro]
Don't like waiting, don't like waiting
Let's go right now
Gotta hit the ground dancing 'fore the music slows down
What I'm saying, what I'm saying
If there's something to fix
Take it to another level, this is the remix

[Verse 1]
Everybody, everybody get out on the floor
It can get a little crazy when the kick hits the floor
Make a scene, make a scene nobody can ignore
Don't knock it 'til you rock it
We can't take it no more

[Chorus]
Bring the lights up
Bust the doors down
Dust yourself off
Shake it up, shake it up
DJ, set it off
Take it up a notch
All together now
Shake it up, shake it up

[Post-Chorus]
Shake it up

[Verse 2]
Break it down, break it down
I've got something to say
When you're dancing with me, it's like we go M.I.A
Make a scene, make a scene nobody can ignore
Don't knock it 'til you rock it
We can't take it no more

[Chorus]
Bring the lights up
Bust the doors down
Dust yourself off
Shake it up, shake it up
DJ, set it off
Take it up a notch
All together now
Shake it up, shake it up

[Bridge]
Sh-sh-sh-shake it up
You got to change it up
And if the day's not right
Just brush it off tonight
Put on the attitude
You’re in the pocket mood
And when you've had enough
Sh-sh-sh-shake it up

[Breakdown]
Bring the lights up
Bust the doors down
Dust yourself off
Shake it up, shake it up
DJ, set it off, take it up a notch
All together now
Shake it up, shake it up
(Shake it up)

[Chorus]
Bring the lights up
Bust the doors down
Dust yourself off
Shake it up, shake it up (Shake it up, shake it up)
DJ, set it off
Take it up a notch
All together now
Shake it up, shake it up

[Chorus]
Bring the lights up
Bust the doors down
Dust yourself off
Shake it up, shake it up (Shake it up, shake it up)
DJ, set it off
Take it up a notch
All together now
Shake it up, shake it up

[Outro]
Shake it up
Shake it up
Shake it up
Shake it up

Selena Gomez

Selena Gomez is an American singer and actress. Born in Grand Prairie, Texas, she appeared in Barney & Friends as a child. In 2007, Gomez came to prominence as a starring cast member of the Emmy Award-winning television series Wizards of Waverly Place, in which she portrayed the protagonist Alex Russo.

In 2008, Gomez signed to Hollywood Records and became the founder and lead singer of the pop band Selena Gomez & The Scene. Their studio albums Kiss & Tell, A Year Without Rain, and When the Sun Goes Down were all certified Gold by the Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA) and have spawned the platinum-certified singles “Naturally”, “Who Says”, and “Love You Like a Love Song”. Gomez’s debut solo album Stars Dance was released in summer 2013, and was preceded by its lead single “Come & Get It”.

In November 2014, Gomez made a greatest hits compilation called For You, which included the (at the time new) hit single “The Heart Wants What It Wants.” Gomez’s contract with Hollywood Records expired, and she signed a contract with Interscope for her second solo album Revival, which was released in October 2015.
