[Chorus: Kendrick Lamar]
And no conversation is there
No communication is there
No edumacation is there
But penetration is there
No dedication is there
No revelation is there
But stimulation is there
And the vibration is there

[Verse 1: James Fauntleroy, Ty Dolla \$ign, & Both]
We fuck all night 'til we see the sun
Backwoods and black Patrón store runs
They call us drones and we both know
Computers in the dark, makin' more clones (Ooh)
She calls me only when it's warm and wet
I call her only when I want it
They call us dronеs and we both know
Computers in the dark, makin' morе clones

[Chorus: Kendrick Lamar]
And no conversation is there
No communication is there
No edumacation is there
But penetration is there
No dedication is there
No revelation is there
But stimulation is there
And the vibration is there (Doot-doot-doot-doot-doot-doot)

[Post-Chorus: Kendrick Lamar & Ty Dolla \$ign]
Only wanna push your buttons
You ain't a robot for nothin'
Let me (Let me) dehumanize you
(Oh)

[Verse 2: Terrace Martin, Kendrick Lamar, & Ty Dolla \$ign]
I got a new job working on her P love
Trusting the good girl she never was
See, they call us drones
She know how to ride the way I like (Ooh, yeah)
Grips me python tight (Ooh, yeah)
'Til I fold

[Interlude: Snoop Dogg, Ty Dolla \$ign, & Kendrick Lamar]
Ooh-wee, baby
You smell that? Now, that's funky
Oh, you say you do? I think you don't
You will? No, you won't (Oh)
Thank God for social media
Hieroglyphically, scientifically speaking
I don't know you, but you know me
See, they call us drones (Ooh-wee)
She know how to ride the way I like
Grips me python tight
Until I fold

[Chorus: Kendrick Lamar]
And no conversation is there
No communication is there
No edumacation is there (There's no edumacation)
But penetration is there
No dedication is there
No revelation is there
But stimulation is there
Vibration is there (Doot-doot-doot-doot-doot-doot)

[Post-Chorus: Kendrick Lamar & Ty Dolla \$ign]
Only wanna push your buttons (Push your buttons)
You ain't a robot for nothin' ('Bot for nothin')
Let me (Let me) dehumanize you ('Nize)

[Chorus: Kendrick Lamar]
And no conversation is there
No communication is there
No edumacation is there
But penetration is there
No dedication is there
And no conversation is there
No communication is there
No edumacation is there
But penetration is there
No dedication is there, ah

[Verse 3: Ty Dolla \$ign, Kendrick Lamar, & Both]
And you know exactly how I like, don't talk to me (Exactly how I like)
And you know exactly what I want, don't talk to me (What I want)
See, they call us drones (Oh, oh)
Grips me python tight
Until I fold
And you know exactly how I like, don't talk to me (Exactly how I like)
And you know exactly what I want, don't talk to me (What I want)
They call us drones

[Outro: Ty Dolla \$ign]
Ooh
She calls me only when it's warm and wet
I call her only when I want it
They call us drones and we both know

Terrace Martin

Beginning his career as a rapper and producer, Terrace Martin has lent his skills to artists such as Snoop Dogg, Busta Rhymes, Lalah Hathaway, Raphael Saadiq, Charlie Wilson, Stevie Wonder and the legendary Emotions, just to name a few. Martins big break came when he produced a Power 106 radio drop with Snoop Dogg. Shattering the acknowledged rules of hip-hop production, he samples everything from funk to jazz to classical to create fresh and original tracks. His productions have made him one of the most sought after upcoming producers on the streets of Los Angeles.

Born to father, a jazz drummer and mother, a singer, Martins birthright was music. Growing up listening to everyone from Coltrane to Parliament, he began playing the piano at the age of six. Producing his first tracks on his Casio CZ101 Keyboard and an E-mu SP-1200, Martin decided to broaden his musicality and picked up the saxophone. At Locke High Martin became first chair of the All-State jazz band.

From jazz to hip-hop, Martins role models include Miles Davis, Charlie Parker, Jackie McLean, John Coltrane, Herbie Hancock, Sonny Stitt, Grover Washington, Jr., Dr. Dre, DJ Quik, Cali Boyz, DJ Premier, Pete Rock, and 1580 K-Day. Martin says, I started producing hip-hop tracks because it was the music of my time, but I never lost my love for jazz.
