I don’t want no polecat preacher, honey
Tellin’ me how to live
Name of the game ain’t pass the plate
Just get back what you give, ain’t that right?

It’s all good

[Chorus]
Don’t wanna wake up in the woods…
Don’t wanna wake up in the woods…

Could be the road to heaven, honey
Could be the path to hell
Either way they call the day, you know I wish you well
Ain’t that right?

It’s all good

[Chorus]
Don’t wanna wake up in the woods…
Don’t wanna wake up in the woods…

(Bridge/solo)

[Chorus]
Don’t wanna wake up in the woods…
Don’t wanna wake up in the woods…

I want you to close your eyes, baby
I want you to count to tеn

And when you open ‘em up and thеn fill your cup
And I finally go it again, ain’t that right?

It’s all good

[Chorus]
Don’t wanna wake up in the Woods…
Don’t wanna wake up in the Woods…
