[Verse 1]
Do you remember those old festival days?
Do you remember sneaking booze in, just to lose them at the gate?
Do you remember lining up to pee, then you can't find your mates?
Do you remember? Because to me it feels like it was yesterday

[Pre-Chorus]
And now we pass the time away
Drinking beers and making music every day
We're not allowed to congregate
But soon we'll be back there, five feet from the stage

[Chorus]
Every day is different now
But we will not forget that sound
And from space you'll see the crowd
But we will not forget that sound

[Verse 2]
Do you remember stayin' up until dawn?
It's second day, main stage, sinkin' beers on the lawn
Chainin' ciggies with a mate, our favourite band's not on till eight
So we're still sittin' here sinkin' beers on the lawn

[Pre-Chorus]
And now we pass the time away
Drinking beers and making music every day
We're not allowed to congregate
But soon we'll be back there, five feet from the stage

[Chorus]
Every day is different now
But we will not forget that sound
And from space you'll see the crowd
But we will not forget that sound

[Spoken]
When your favourite band walks on to stage
I miss having bevs with the boys
Gettin' lit
Doin' a shoey
Throwing your arm around your best mate whilst you're fist-pumping to your favourite song
Aw your first vodka of the day
Losing all your mates and dancing on your own
Waiting in line to buy a \$12 beer
Having a laugh
Doing beer pongs at the campsite
Aw definitely the beers

[Outro]
Do you remember those old festival days?
