[Intro: AMG]
("Come on")
You got friends, Quik got friends
So let's get down again ("Come, come on")
You got friends, AMG got friends
So let's get down again ("Come on")
You got friends, G-One got friends
So let's get down again ("Come on")
You got friends, Saadiq got friends
So let's get down again

[Verse 1: Raphael Saadiq]
If that's your man
I'm not impressed
You did your best
But you failed the test
It's him you'll kiss
But me you'll miss
So here's a tip
You'll never feel no lips like this

[Chorus: Tony! Toni! Toné!, Raphael Saadiq]
Boys and girls will all be watchin'
When I step in the room
I'll be comin' 'round the corner
To get one last peek-a-boo
Whoa, whoa-oh (Whoa, whoa-oh, ho)
Whoa, whoa-oh

[Verse 2: Raphael Saadiq]
You made your choice
You made it quick
This time next year
You might need my...
Here goes my card
So call me soon
I know you will
'Cause we just kissed in the back room

[Chorus: Tony! Toni! Toné!, Raphael Saadiq]
Boys and girls will all be watchin'
When I step in the room
I'll be comin' 'round the corner
To get one last peek-a-boo
Whoa, whoa-oh (Whoa, whoa-oh, ho)
Whoa, whoa-oh (Oh, whoa, oh, ho)
Boys and girls will all be watchin'
When I step in the room (Step in the room)
I'll be comin' 'round the corner
To get one last peek-a-boo (One last look at you)
Whoa, whoa-oh (Oh, whoa, whoa, whoa)
Whoa, whoa-oh (Whoa, whoa, oh, whoa)

[Bridge: Raphael Saadiq]
Girl, I wanna be your everything
Just like a fantasy
Girl, I'm not gonna be no memory
I got to be your only fantasy

[Chorus: Tony! Toni! Toné!, Raphael Saadiq, Girl]
Boys and girls will all be watchin'
When I step in the room (Step in the room)
I'll be comin' 'round the corner
To get one last peek-a-boo (One last look at you)
Whoa, whoa-oh (Oh, whoa, whoa, whoa)
Whoa, whoa-oh (Whoa, whoa, oh, whoa)
Boys and girls will all be watchin'
When I step in the room (When I'm steppin' in the room, baby)
I'll be comin' 'round the corner
To get one last peek-a-boo (One last look at you)
Whoa, whoa-oh (Whoa, whoa, whoa-oh-oh)
Whoa, whoa-oh (Whoa, whoa, everybody's gon' be watchin')
Boys and girls will all be watchin'
When I step in the room (Step in the room)
I'll be comin' 'round the corner
To get one last peek-a-boo (Ah, ah, just give me just one more look)
Whoa, whoa-oh (Just one last look, last look)
Whoa, whoa-oh (Oh, oh, can you face it right, baby?)
Boys and girls will all be watchin'
When I step in the room
I'll be comin' 'round the corner
To get one last peek-a-boo
Whoa, whoa-oh (Whoa, whoa-oh, ho)
Whoa, whoa-oh

Toné! is an Oakland-based R&B group consisting of brothers D'Wayne Wiggins (lead vocals and guitar) and Charlie Ray Wiggins (a/k/a Raphael Saadiq on lead vocals and bass) along with their cousin Timothy Christian Riley (drums and keyboards). After releasing the hit single “Me and You” on the Boyz n the Hood soundtrack in 1991, they released their third album Sons of Soul in 1993. This album hit double Platinum status thanks to the Top 10 hits “If I Had No Loot” and “Anniversary” along with the Top 5 R&B hit “(Lay Your Head on My) Pillow.” The last album from the Tonys was 1996’s House of Music featuring the Top 5 R&B hits “Let’s Get Down” with DJ Quik and “Thinking of You.”
