[Intro: Daniel Seavey]
Hey
Uh, hmm
Hmm, hmm
Oh-oh-oh

[Verse 1: Zach Herron]
Remember last December
When we kissed under the mistletoe, oh, oh
I let you wear my favorite sweater
So you think of me when you're alone, yeah
When we stay up talking way too much
And we don't even need any coffee to keep us up, no
Yeah, I know that I'm feeling something
Right when I'm next to you, oh

[Pre-Chorus: Jack Avery, Daniel Seavey]
(Oh, oh-oh-oh)
It's cold outside when I'm without you
(Oh, oh-oh-oh)
But you make me feel so warm

[Chorus: Corbyn Besson, Daniel Seavey]
(Ooh, ooh, ooh, yeah)
Baby, can't you see
Can't you see that I want you? (Ooh, ooh, yeah)
Yeah, I just wanna be with you this Christmas

[Post-Chorus: Daniel Seavey, Corbyn Besson]
Mmm-mmhm...
Mmm-mmm-mmh
This Christmas
Mmm-mmhm...
Mmm-mmm-mmh
This Christmas

[Verse 2: Daniel Seavey, Jonah Marais, Corbyn Besson]
And to be honest, I can't live without you (No)
Just ask my friends, they say I'm so about you
Buy you anything you want (Hey), Gucci and Saint Laurent (Yeah)
Girl, you know what I'm up, I'm just saying
Santa gon' be leaving at 5 AM
Baby, I can pull up, it don't matter what time it is
Yeah, I know, it's Christmas Eve
But, girl, you're all I need
I'll be there in one, two, three
Yeah, anything if I can get to you

[Chorus: Corbyn Besson & Daniel Seavey]
(Ooh, ooh, ooh, yeah)
Baby, can't you see
Can't you see that I want you? (Ooh, ooh, yeah)
Yeah, I just wanna be with you this Christmas

[Post-Chorus: Daniel Seavey, Corbyn Besson]
Mmm-mmhm... (Ooh)
Mmm-mmm-mmh
This Christmas
Mmm-mmhm... (Oh oh-woah)
Mmm-mmm-mmh
This Christmas

[Outro: Daniel Seavey, Corbyn Besson]
Yeah yeah
Mmm-mmm-mmh
This Christmas
Mmm-mmhm...
Mmm-mmm-mmh
This Christmas

Why Don’t We

Why Don’t We is a boy band consisting of Daniel Seavey, Zach Herron, Corbyn Besson, Jonah Marais and Jack Avery. The members individually gained recognition over social media by posting covers and doing live streams. Seavey was also a contestant on season 14 of the American TV show American Idol. The group started activities on September 27, 2016, with the release of their two singles “Taking You” and “Nobody Gotta Know” and EP Only The Beginning, shortly thereafter.

The band gained a lot of recognition from their 2017 single “Something Different”. They went on to release four EPs in that year, notably gaining recognition for their collaboration with YouTuber Logan Paul, who also directed several of their music videos at this time.

Their first release in 2018, the Ed Sheeran-written “Trust Fund Baby,” ranked #2 on the American iTunes Chart, and was the band’s highest achievement to that date. They released three singles in June, July and August of that year preceding their first full length album on August 31, 2018. “Talk”, the second pre-release, peaked at #1 on the American iTunes Chart, surpassing their personal record just five months later.
