Zoé es una banda mexicana de rock psicodélico formada a finales de 1994 en Cuernavaca. Luego de varios cambios en la alineación, en 1997 se oficializó el quinteto inicial compuesto León Larregui (voz y guitarras), Sergio Acosta (guitarra principal), Jesús Báez (teclados), Ángel Mosqueda (bajo) y Alberto Cabrera (batería y percusión).

El nombre de la banda se originó por el nombre de la hermana menor de una ex-novia de Sergio, además de un deseo de los integrantes de tener un nombre corto, contrario a lo que las demás bandas de rock estaban realizando en esas fechas. Zoé también significa “vida” en griego antiguo.

Su música muestra una gran influencia de The Beatles, The Stone Roses, The Charlatans, Gustavo Ceratí, Saúl Hernández de Caifanes, entre otros. Sus letras generalmente están llenas de alegorías sobre el universo y el espacio, con claras intenciones filosóficas.
