[Friend 2:] Aye, aye, aye! Check it out, check it out, check it out, check it out. All I know is, is when I walked in, they all turned around and they looked at me like they never seen a Black man before! And I just told them, “Do what y’all normally would do if I wasn’t here.”

[Friend 1:] So what’d they do?

[F2:] Psshh… They called me a nigga!

[F1:] Ahh! Aye, you know how it is. Same shit, different toilet in the bathroom we still can’t use

[F2:] I can work for the company, but I can’t own it

[F1:] Shol can’t

[F2:] See I can play for the team, but I can’t own it

[F1:] Yup. Yup. Yup

[F2:] I can make the music, but then you can own it, even though you ain’t write or say nothing

[F1:] Not a damn thing!

[F2:] Check it out! Yo! Yo! Yo! You can shoot me, while I stand with my hands up or handcuffed, with no weapon, not saying a word, and you can say you feared for your life and not spend a day in jail

[F1:] Yep. Wait… what?
