[Verse 1]
Turning back the hands of time
Holding on to misty memories
Chasing shadows through the night
Trying to find my happy ending

[Pre-Chorus]
Reaching out for another chance at heaven
We could still find a way if we try

[Chorus]
Baby, believe in the mystery
Like it used to be
We were more than lonely drifters in the dark
(Shine your love on me)
I can remember the sun inside
(Shine it, shine your love)
Love held us tight
And understand I need to feel your magic hеre tonight
Instead of it tearing apart

[Post-Chorus]
I lovе you, baby
Sweet baby
I love you, baby, yes

[Verse 2]
Diamonds shining in the night
Lying soft and warm together
Only images survive
Can't my dreams go on forever?

[Pre-Chorus]
Oh, there's still time to lock away your sadness
Let the secrets of love start to smile

[Chorus]
Baby, believe in the mystery
Like it used to be
Baby, bring back all the passion to my heart
(Shine your love on me)
I can remember the tender days
(Tender days that love)
All the love we made
I need to feel your magic here tonight

[Bridge]
Lonely spirits seem to whisper in the wind
Well, it's a silent song that's never meant to be
Since the dawn of time, the mystery never ends
We could find forever if you let love rise again
Ah, come on and rise, sweet baby
Ah, go 'head and rise, sweet baby, yeah

[Pre-Chorus]
Tell me why can't we reach for another chance at heaven
We can still find the way if you try

[Chorus]
Baby, believe in the mystery
(We got to try, baby)
Like it used to be
Baby, bring back all the passion to my heart
(I can remember the love)
I can remember the tender days
All the love we made
But you need to know that, baby baby, you
You can't just leave me alone

Baby, believe in the mystery
(You won't leave me alone)
Like it used to be
More than lonely drifters in the dark
(I need you)
Sun inside, love held us tight

[Chorus]
Oh, I need you
Said I need you
Oh, I need you
I need you
I need you, I need you
Oh, I need you
