Oh I know I'm a cross country boy
Down that road I'm a-singin' my joy
Well I've been to every city, every city but a few
And if I didn't get there, you know I'm go into

'Cause I know I'm a cross country boy
Down that road I'm singin' my joy, yeah

Well I climbed the highest mountain, swam the deepest sea
I've even given notice to the space academy, oh yeah

I told them I know I'm a cross country boy
Down that road I'm singin' my joy

Yeah yes I know I'm a cross country boy
Down that road I'm singin' my joy

Yeah yes I know I'm a cross country boy
Down that road I'm singin' my joy

Oh I know I'm a cross country boy
Yes I know I'm a-singin' my joy
Singin' my joy, singin' my joy, singin' my joy, singin' my joy
Oh yeah I'm a cross country boy
Down that road I'm singin' my joy
Singin' my joy, singin' my joy, singin' my joy, singin' my joy
Singin' my joy, singin' my joy

Bad Company

Bad Company was not only formed as a supergroup from members of Free (Paul Rodgers and Simon Kirke), Mott the Hoople (Mick Ralphs), and King Crimson (Boz Burrell), but also was immediately signed as the first act on Led Zeppelin’s new label, Swan Song.
