[Another little babe in] a Hollywood bungalow, aw
I was rockin' little lady In the city of light

Yeah, I'm just another lost angel, woo
In the city of night (Ow!)

Ooooo, yeah

L.A. woman
L.A. woman

Oh, L.A. woman
Yes, L.A. woman Sunday afternoon (Aw, [?])
L.A. woman Sunday afternoon ([?])
Yes, L.A. woman Sunday afternoon

[Verse 2]
I see you ride through your suburbs, ow
Into your blue

Into your blue, blue, blue, blue
Oh, yeah
Into your blue

Oooh, woo

[Verse 3]
I see your hair is burning, aw
Hills are filled with fire
If they say I never loved you
Well, you know they are a liar, aw yeah
Riding down your freeway, whoa yeah, aw
Hills and valley roam, baby ha ha
I seen it
Cops in cars, topless bars
Never saw a woman, ha ha woo
So alone, yeah
So alone
Said so alone

I said, you're my woman
And that's right
I said, you're my woman
And I'm right
I said, you're my woman
And that's right
I said you're my woman
And I'm right
I said L.A. woman
And that's right
I said you're my woman
And I'm right
I said you're my woman
And that's right
I said you're my woman
And I'm right
I said you're my woman
Yeah

Billy Idol

Billy Idol is an English rock musician, songwriter and actor. Born in Stanmore, Middlesex, Idol first achieved fame in the punk rock era as a member of the band Generation X. Unlike other British punk rock artists of his era, Idol was inspired by The Beatles and The Rolling Stones.

Idol then embarked on a successful solo career, and was a member of the MTV-driven “Second British Invasion” of the United States. A series of music videos for songs such as “Dancing With Myself”, “White Wedding”, “Rebel Yell” and “Eyes Without a Face” made him one of the first MTV stars. Idol continues to tour with guitarist Steve Stevens.

Idol’s 1987 release, “Mony Mony” reached #1 on the US top 40 charts; his songs to chart in the top 10 include: White Wedding, Eyes Without a Face, To Be a Lover and Cradle of Love.
