[Intro]
Oh, oh, I want you for the rest of my life, oh yeah

[Verse 1]
Walking through time looking for an answer
How can it be this way?
What have I done? I just can't help but wonder
How everything could change

[Pre-Chorus]
'Cause you've turned my world around
Since you came along, no
After this love was found
It seems like we can't go wrong

[Chorus]
Deep in my heart, I know there's only you
And right from the start, I always knew
I'll never let go 'cause I love you so
Oh, oh, I want you for the rest of my life, oh, oh yeah

[Verse 2]
Some people search what seems to be a lifetime
To find a love like this, oh yeah
And here we are, with everything we wished for
I've never felt such bliss, oh no

[Pre-Chorus]
'Cause you've turned my world around
Since you came along
After this love was found
It seems like we can't go wrong

[Chorus]
Deep in my heart, I know there's only you
And right from the start, I always knew
I'll never let go 'cause I love you so
Oh, oh, I want you for the rest of my life, oh yeah, oh, oh

[Bridge]
There comes a chance in everyone’s life
And I believe it won't happen twice
Now since I've felt the glory of love
I wanna spend forever (And ever with you)

[Chorus]
Deep in my heart, I know there's only you (Only you)
And right from the start, I always knew
I'll never let go 'cause I love you so (I love you so)
Oh, oh, I want you for the rest of my life, oh
Deep in my heart, I know there's only you (Only you, only you)
And right from the start, I always knew
I'll never let go 'cause I love you so
Oh, oh, I want you

[Outro]
Deep in my heart
(Deep in my heart)
Oh oh, no
Oh, oh yeah
Oh, oh
I want you for the rest of my life (I want your love forever)
I want you for the rest of my life

Britney Spears

Britney Jean Spears (born December 2, 1981) is an American singer and actress. Born in McComb, Mississippi, and raised in Kentwood, Louisiana, she performed acting roles in stage productions and television shows as a child before signing with Jive Records in 1997.

Spears’s first and second studio albums, …Baby One More Time and Oops!… I Did It Again, became international successes, with the former becoming the best-selling album by a teenage solo artist. Title tracks “…Baby One More Time” and “Oops!… I Did It Again” broke international sales records, with the former reaching number one in every country it charted in. In 2001, Spears released her self-titled third studio album, Britney, and played the starring role in the film Crossroads (2002). She assumed creative control of her fourth studio album, In the Zone, which yielded the worldwide success of the single “Toxic.”

In 2007, Spears’s much-publicized personal issues sent her career into hiatus. Her fifth studio album, Blackout, was released later that year, and spawned hits such as “Gimme More” and “Piece of Me”.
