[Intro: Jhené Aiko & Smooth]
(You don't even
Platinum status…
Jhené!)
You don't know me
You don't know me
Yeah, no, no, no
Jhené, drop the vocals

[Verse 1: Jhené Aiko]
I tested you that you let me know
The other side of you
Boy, you had me fool
Got me twisted, yo, with the average girl
Doin' me like that you in another world
Thought you were the type to love and treat me right
Boy, I was wrong, caught up in yo ghetto hype
Tryin' to play me out
Who you dealin' with?
It ain't me 'cause you don't know me

[Chorus: Jhené Aiko]
Do you really think you know me?
What? Do I look like a puppet on a string?
What? You think is so suddenly, you gon' play me
What? You don't know me 'cause I know me
Do you really think you know me?
What? Do I look like a puppet on a string?
What? You think is so suddenly, you gon' play me
What? You don't know me 'cause I know me

[Verse 2: Jhené Aiko & Smooth]
(Second verse)
I let you in my life, you tried to pull me down
Almost feel for it but, boy, I need to quit
Tell me what to do, I'll be on my year
See, I been schooled to these fakin' moves
Better get it straight 'cause I know the rules
So don't question me and try to run my base
It don't go that way, never will go that way
Trust me when I say you don't know me

[Chorus: Jhené Aiko]
Do you really think you know me?
What? Do I look like a puppet on a string?
What? You think is so suddenly, you gon' play me
What? You don't know me 'cause I know me
Do you really think you know me?
What? Do I look like a puppet on a string?
What? You think is so suddenly, you gon' play me
What? You don't know me 'cause I know me

Jhené Aiko

Jhené Aiko Efuru Chilombo (born March 16, 1988) started her career under the moniker Jhené Aiko when she was 13 with the music group B2K. She explained how she later opted out of the deal to go back to high school and have her daughter Namiko in an interview back in July 2012 with Lozza

I was signed with Sony/EPIC when I was 12 years old and got a release from them when I was about 15 or 16 to focus on school. I started writing more and I had a child who’s now three years old.

After the failed release of her debut album, My Name Is Jhené back in 2003, Jhené released her debut mixtape, Sailing Soul(s) on March 16, 2011.
