[Verse 1]
It's too much, can't see
It's too much, can't breathe
It's so not for me
Way too much

[Pre-Chorus]
And I get lonely on the high road
Everywhere that I go
Stand for nothin' fall short
But not me

[Refrain]
But I won't give up
I'll keep givin' love
It runs through my blood
I'll never give up
Yeah, yeah

[Chorus]
When you go low, I go high, I go high, I go high
When you go low, I go high, to get by, to get by
Sometimes I don't wanna be nice
But I try (but I try)
When you go low, I go high

[Verse 2]
It's all good, move on
It's all good, I'm strong
It's not what I want, what I want

[Pre-Chorus]
And I get lonely on the high road
Everywhere that I go
Stand for nothin', fall short
But not me

[Refrain]
But I won't give up
I'll keep givin' love
It runs through my blood
I'll never give up
Yeah, yeah

[Chorus]
When you go low, I go high, I go high, I go high
When you go low, I go high, to get by, to get by
Sometimes I don't wanna be nice, but I try
When you go low, I go high

[Bridge]
High as the note that I sing
High as the kite with no string
High is what I have to be
(When you go low, I go high, just to breathe)
High as the smoke that you blow
High as you think I can't go
High is this lonely road
(When you go low, I go high, just to breathe)

[Chorus]
When you go low, I go high
When you go low, I go high, to get by
When you go low, I go high
When you go low, I go high, to get by

[Refrain]
I won't give up
I'll keep givin' love
It runs through my blood (it runs through my blood)
I'll never give up (I'll never give up, never give up)
Yeah, yeah

[Chorus]
When you go low, I go high, I go high, I go high
When you go low, I go high, to get by, to get by
Sometimes I don't wanna be nice, but I try
When you go low, I go high

Kelly Clarkson

Kelly Brianne Clarkson (born April 24, 1982) is an American singer, songwriter, and occasional actress. In 2002, she came to prominence after winning the first season of American Idol, and has since been established as “The Original American Idol”. Her debut single, “A Moment Like This”, topped the US Billboard Hot 100 and broke the record for the biggest jump to number one in the chart’s history.

Her first album, Thankful included the top ten single “Miss Independent”, which earned her first Grammy nomination. Her second album Breakaway produced the hit single “Since U Been Gone” which reached number two on the Hot 100 and was certified platinum by the RIAA.

Clarkson went in a different direction with her self-creatively-controlled third album, My December. It debuted at number two on the Billboard 200 and produced the top-ten single “Never Again.” Her fourth album, All I Ever Wanted debuted at number one on the Billboard 200. Lead single “My Life Would Suck Without You” re-broke the record for biggest jump to number one on the Hot 100, jumping 97-1 in its second week on the chart. The record still stands today.
