[Verse 1]
Mama, we all go to hell
Mama, we all go to hell
I'm writing this letter and wishing you well
Mama, we all go to hell
Oh, well, now, Mama, we're all gonna die
Mama, we're all gonna die
Stop asking me questions, I'd hate to see you cry
Mama, we're all gonna die

[Chorus]
And when we go, don't blame us, yeah
We'll let the fire just bathe us
You made us oh, so famous
We'll never let you go

[Post-Chorus]
And when you go, don't return to me, my love

[Verse 2]
Mama, we're all full of lies
Mama, we're all full of lies
And right now they're building a coffin your size
Mama, we're all full of lies
But oh, well, now, Mama, we all go to hell
Mama, we all go to hell
It's really quite pleasant, except for the smell
Mama, we all go to hell

[Chorus]
And when we go, don't blame us, yeah
We'll let the fire just bathe us
You made us oh, so famous now
We'll never let you go
She said you ain't no son of mine
For what you've done they're gonna find
A place for you, and just you mind
Your manners when you go

[Post-Chorus]
And when you go, don't return to me, my love

[Breakdown]
Mama, we all go to hell
Mama, we all go to hell
I'm writing this letter and wishing you well
Mama, we all go to hell, two, three, four!
Oh! Oh! Oh! Come on!
Uh! Uh! Uh! Uh!
Fuck it! Uh!
Mama! Mama! Mama!

[Bridge]
And if you could write me a letter
I'd maybe then sing you a song
'Cause the shit that I've done with this fuck of a gun
Your eyes bleed when the words hit your tongue

[Outro]
We're damned after all
Through fortune and flame we fall
And if you could stay, then I'll show you the way
To return from the ashes you call
We all carry on
When our brothers in arms are gone
So raise your glass high, for tomorrow we die
And return from the ashes we!

My Chemical Romance

My Chemical Romance is an alt/punk/hardcore rock band that produced four studio albums and a compilation album over their initial twelve-year lifespan from 2001-2013. They then went on a six-year hiatus, until Halloween of 2019, when they announced a long-awaited revival of the band. They have touched the hearts of millions through their honest, raw lyrics and inspirational stories.

The band started after front-man and founder Gerard Way witnessed the 9/11 terror attacks in New York City. He felt compelled to empower people and make a difference in the world. As a result, he wrote the band’s first song, “Skylines And Turnstiles.” He shared the lyrics with his friend Matt Pelissier, who agreed to be the then-unnamed band’s drummer. Gerard then recruited Ray Toro, whom he used to be in a band with as the lead guitarist, and eventually invited his brother Mikey Way to be the bassist, and Frank Iero to be the rhythm guitarist.

Their first album, I Brought You My Bullets, You Brought Me Your Love, was released in 2002 and was recorded in Matt Pelissier’s attic. Because of this, some of the songs are lovingly referred to as the “attic demos.” The album’s copyright warning
