[Verse]
The doubts are swarming in my head
Down deep in the limbo
I try my best to filter it
Fight for the answers
It's starting to take control again
Somehow I won't let go
The premonition of worthlessness
Fear that I'm dead

[Refrain]
I'm trapped dealing with the outside, let me out
I'm trapped on the inside, let me out
Lost fighting with the pain without a doubt
I'm trapped on the inside, let me out

[Pre-Chorus]
Oh, these doubts, let go
All these doubts, let me out

[Chorus]
Search for a reason
Hope dying slowly
I'm trapped dealing with the outside, let me out
I'm falling
My hope dying slowly

[Bridge]
Try to find a way
To embrace the pain
Try to find a way
To embrace the pain

[Pre-Chorus]
Oh, these doubts, let go
All these doubts, let me out

[Chorus]
Search for a reason
Hope dying slowly
I'm trapped dealing with the outside, let me out
I'm falling
My hope dying slowly
I'm trapped dealing with the outside, let me out
I'm trapped on the inside, let me out
Hope dying slowly
I'm trapped dealing with the outside, let me out
I'm trapped on the inside, let me out

Sepultura

Sepultura is a Brazilian heavy metal band from Belo Horizonte. Formed in 1984 by brothers Max and Igor Cavalera, the band was a major force in the death metal, thrash metal and groove metal genres during the late 1980s and early 1990s, with their later experiments drawing influence from alternative metal, world music, nu metal, hardcore punk and industrial metal.

The first Sepultura show was on December 4th, 1984. The band played two songs that never were re-recorded or released.

The band name comes from a Portuguese translation of Motörhead’s song “Dancing on Your Grave” which is “Dançando na sua Sepultura”. Sepultura means “grave” (sepulchre) in Portuguese (and in some other Latin-based languages). Originally, they wanted to call the band Tropa de Choque (Shock Troops), but found that the name had been used before.
