[Intro]
Ooh

[Verse 1]
This time, you're really dead
Once followed, but always led
You thought you'd rise above it all
It's all inside your head
All rippin' it up in shreds
I know someday, you’re gonna fall

[Chorus]
And, I don't wanna say "I told you so"
But, I told you so
Now, you've lost control
And, I don't wanna be the rise and fall
Gimme more or nothin' at all

[Interlude]
Mm

[Verse 2]
You're in an awful way
Sucked in by what you crave
They just can’t wait to see you crawl
And, you can only laugh
Give in to the other half
They're only tearin' down your walls

[Chorus]
And, I don't wanna say "I told you so"
But, I told you so
Now, you've lost control
And, I don't wanna be the rise and fall
Gimme more or nothin' at all

[Guitar Solo]

[Bridge]
They've come to see you rise and fall
They're only tearin' down your walls
They've come to see you rise and fall
And, I don't wanna say "You've lost control"

[Chorus]
And, I don't wanna say "I told you so"
But, I told you so
Now, you've lost control
And, I don't wanna be the rise and fall
Gimme more or nothin' at all

The Offspring

The Offspring is an American punk rock band from Huntington Beach, California, formed in 1984. The current line-up of the band Brian Keith “Dexter” Holland (vocals, guitar), Kevin “Noodles” Wasserman (lead guitar), Greg “Greg K.” Kriesel (bass), and Pete Parada (drums).

The Offspring is currently one of the biggest punk rock acts, along with the likes of Green Day, Rancid, and Sublime, all of which come from California. The Offspring and other groups are credited for reviving main-stream punk rock, though it isn’t as popular as it was in the ‘80s.
