[Verse 1: Toni Braxton & Missy Elliott]
No more wondering why
He ain't calling you back (New Toni Braxton shit, baby)
Lately, you don't get along (Woo)
You're sick and tired of it all
You can't take it no more (Let's go)

[Chorus: Toni Braxton & Missy Elliott]
No need to say you feel some kind of way
Just do what you need to do, do what you need to do
He ain't gonna change
If you take him back, it's gon' be the same
Just do what you need to do (Woo), do what you need to do (Come on)

[Post-Chorus: Toni Braxton & Missy Elliott]
Just do it, do it, do it, do it, yeah, yeah
Do what you need to do, do what you need to do
Just do it, do it, do it, do it, yeah, yeah
Do what you need to do, do what you need to do (Here we go)

[Verse 2: Toni Braxton & Missy Elliott]
And even God don't understand why
You forgave him so many times (Woo)
He got you back and forth
And 'round and 'round and up and down again
Know you'll never win
You gotta stop pretending

[Chorus: Toni Braxton & Missy Elliott]
No need to say you feel some kind of way
Just do what you need to do, do what you need to do (Woo)
He ain't gonna change
If you take him back, it's gon' be the same
Just do what you need to do, do what you need to do (Woo, let's go)

[Verse 3: Missy Elliott]
Let him go, I gotta do it 'cause he already done blew it (Woo)
I just tell him screw it, so much shit, he put me through it (Woo)
Yeah, I thought I knew it, how I got myself into it
Must've been that good sex, how he had me 'bout to lose it (Okay)
Lose it, it's gon' take more than a couple movies
Look at all this pain and I can't cover all these bruises
Player, yo, you need to cool it
If you say you love me, then you gon' have to prove it (Come on)
I'm the best you ever had like I told ya (Yup)
Don't you run and hide when I roll up (Yup)
You cheat on me, you get no love
You gon' be sad when you see I had enough (Come on)
You gon', you gon' be sad when you see I had enough
You gon' be mad when you see I had enough, huh?
Ayy, yo, Toni, I don't think they gon' change for real, though
Like, here we go

[Chorus: Toni Braxton & Missy Elliott]
There's no need to say you feel some kind of way
Just do what you need to do (Do what you need to do), do what you need to do
He ain't gonna change
Take him back, it's gon' be the same
Just do what you need to do, do what you need to do (Oh, let's go)

[Post-Chorus: Toni Braxton]
Just do it, do it, do it, do it, yeah, yeah
Do what you need to do, do what you need to do
Just do it, do it, do it, do it, oh, yeah
Do what you need to do (Girlfriend), do what you need to do

[Outro: Missy Elliott]
This shit is crazy

Toni Braxton

Toni Braxton (born on October 7, 1967) is an American singer-songwriter, pianist, record producer, actress, and philanthropist, and has been active since 1989. She is best known for her single “Unbreak My Heart” and her second album Secrets. Braxton was discovered early by William E. Pettaway Jr., who helped her launch her career.

Braxton first started performing with her four sisters in a family band titled “The Braxtons” in the late 1980s, successfully attracting the attention of Antonio “L.A.” Reid and Kenneth “Babyface” Edmonds, who were co-artists Braxton’s songs, including her signature song, Un-Break My Heart.

L.A. Reid and Babyface brought Braxton in as a substitution and had her record a demo of “Love Shoulda Brought You Home”. The song made it onto the soundtrack of the movie Boomerang, giving her early success and recognition. Braxton started recording her solo debut album at LaFace Records on July 13, 1993, quickly gaining popularity as it peaked at number one on the U.S. Billboard 200 Albums Chart. Braxton’s debut album has won her several awards, including three Grammy Awards. Her debut album also won her two American Music Awards.
