[Verse 1]
If you're drifting on an empty ocean
With no wind to fill your sail
The future, your horizon
It's like searching for the Holy Grail
You feel there's no tomorrow
As you look into the water below
It's only your reflection
And you still ain't got no place to go

[Hook]
Time will show
When, I don't know

Sail away tomorrow
Sailing far away
To find it steal or borrow
I'll be there someday yea-yea-yeah yea-ye-yeah

[Verse 2]
Oh, woman, I keep returning
To sing the same old song
The story's been told, now I'm getting old
Tell me,where do I belong?
Feel like I'm going to surrender
[?] times I've had enough
If I could find a place to hide my face
I believe, I could get back up

[Hook x 3]
Time will show
When, I don't know

Sail away tomorrow
Sailing far away
To find it steal or borrow
But I'll be there someday yea-yea-yeah yea-yea-yea-yeah

Sail away tomorrow
Sailing far away
To find it steal or borrow
But I'll be there someday yea-yea-yeah yea-yea-yea-yeah

Sail away tomorrow
Sailing far away
To find it steal or borrow
But I'll be there someday yeah yeah yeah yea-yea-yeah yeah yeah yeah

Whitesnake

Whitesnake are a rock band formed in England in 1978 by David Coverdale, after his departure from his previous band Deep Purple. Their early material has been compared by critics to the blues rock of Deep Purple, but they slowly began moving toward a more commercially accessible rock style. By the turn of the decade, the band’s commercial fortunes changed and they released a string of UK top 10 albums, Ready an' Willing (1980), Come an' Get It (1981), Saints & Sinners (1982) and Slide It In (1984), the last of which was their first to chart in the US and is certified 2x platinum.
