Featuring: 6LACK

Producer: OZ

[Intro]
OZ on the beat, yeah

[Chorus: Young Thug]
Can't go out the house, can't look at the sun
Ashin' the blunt, life of a superstar
I never have fun, just sit here in the dark
Ashin' the blunt, I'm just bein' blunt, ayy

[Verse 1: Young Thug & 6LACK]
You'll never know-ooh your true speed (Woah)
You gotta get up, you got work to do, please (Woah)
CoCo helpin' your slow speed (Woah, woah)
Chanel coat, sit from the nosebleeds (Oh, woah)
I never know where the true love be (Woah)
Took a while to learn what true love mean (Woah)
Pretty girls train to be casually (Woah)
You don't sell out the Madison Square Garden, but at least
You know where to keep your significant other, by your side
You know what to tell her to make her smile when she fold a frown
You know what to do to her truly happy
One touch can get her nasty, I got infinite love
Like "What's up with you girl?"

[Bridge: Young Thug & 6LACK]
Without second guessin', you know where to kiss a Blood
Without second guessin', you know where to kiss and rub
Without second guessin', you can make a nigga love (Yeah, yeah)
Wait, without second guessin', you know how to make me rush home
Followin' love, sometimes end up on a dead road
I'll drop my nuts about you girl, I turn to King Kong

[Chorus: Young Thug & 6LACK]
But they'll never let me out the house, can't look at the sun (Hey)
Ashin' the blunt, life of a superstar (Yeah)
I never have fun, just sit here in the dark (Woah)
Ashin' the blunt, I'm just bein' blunt, ayy (Woah)

[Break: Young Thug & 6LACK]
So bad, I want her (Ayy, ayy)
I got soul in my body (Ayy, ayy)
I hope she know I want her so bad, ahh (Ohh, ohh)
Don't waste time (Ohh, ahh, ahh)
Baby, tell me (Ayy, ayy)
Ohh (Ayy, yeah)
Oh

[Verse 2: 6LACK]
I done made a lot but ain't reached my max (Ayy)
Niggas think they ballin' 'til they file their tax (Woah)
Gotta learn the business the hard way
Now my cup runneth over and Young Thugger thugger than Scarface
Love is hardest on the road (Yeah)
Coldest nigga out the Zone 6
She clingy but she got her own
I need that real face time, fuck a mobile phone

[Bridge: 6LACK]
Without second guessin', you know that I wanna love you
Without second guessin', you know I won't use no rubber
Without second guessin', you I go Rambo, load up ammo
Speed down the block, crash the Lambo

[Chorus: 6LACK]
Then they'll never let me out the house, can't look at the sun
Ashin' the blunt, life of a superstar
I never have fun, just sit here in the dark
Ashin' the blunt, I'm just bein' blunt, ayy

[Post-Chorus: 6LACK]
So I let the time fly
I'm hopin' I don't let your love pass me by

[Outro: Young Thug]
Can't go out the house, I can't have fun, no
No, I'm just ashin' the blunt, woah
Life of a superstar, I never have fun
Sittin' in the dark, ashin' the blunt
I'm just bein' real, I'm just bein' blunt, woah

Young Thug

Jeffery Lamar Williams (b. August 16, 1991), popularly known as Young Thug, is an innovative trap artist from Atlanta known for his experimental vocal styles on versatile production ranging from hard trap beats to experimental pop records. Thug is known as a pioneer for much of the 2010s generation of rap, and his constant cosigns, features, and chart presence cement his status as a leader in the streaming era and current rap scene.

While Young Thug released his first mixtape in 2011, it wasn’t until fellow ATL trap artist Gucci Mane took Thug under his wing in 2013 that he began to see great success as an artist. That year, Thug released his first major hit, “Stoner,” which quickly gained viral traction on social media, then “Danny Glover,” which propelled him to an even larger scale of success. After Gucci Mane went to prison in 2013, Thug saw success by re-aligning himself with Cash Money Records’s own Birdman and his newly-formed Rich Gang collective with the hit single “Lifestyle” and a collaborative mixtape before officially signing to 300 Ent. in 2015. Under 300, Thug continued to release many more singles, mixtapes, and features, gradually boosting his popularity before releasing his debut album, So Much Fun, which topped the Billboard 200 on August 31, 2019.

After 2015’s “Best Friend” became Thug’s first platinum single, his 2016 collaboration with Travis Scott, “pick up the phone,” became his new highest-charting song on the Billboard Hot 100. This would later be succeeded by “Havana” with Camila Cabello, the best-selling single of 2018. However, his current highest-charting song as lead artist is “Hot,” which topped the Rolling Stone 100 and peaked at #11 on the Billboard Hot 100, surpassing his previous biggest hit, “The London,” which peaked at #12 on the Billboard Hot 100.
