[Intro]
Runnin' away with me

[Verse 1]
I've been wastin' mileage
Chasin' silence
On an island, yeah
You know just when to hit me (Yeah)
You found out everything
You want me guilty

[Chorus]
Who do you think you are? (Yeah, yeah, yeah)
To get my time from me, eee
Yeah, who do you think you are? (Yeah, yeah, yeah)
To get my time from me, eee
I don't see why it's so hard (Yeah, yeah, yeah)
When you told me I wasn't what you needed, ayy
Who do you think you are? (Yeah, yeah, yeah)
To get my time from me, eee
(Runnin' away with me)

[Verse 2]
I'm just just, tryna procеss
But it's a process
Girl, you've been tryin' me (Oh yеah)
Regardless, your apologies
Yeah, this the side of me
Girl, what you want from me?
Stop tryna reach out to my ex to make some gossip
If you can't get to where I'm at, that's not my problem
You keep on tryin' to bring it back but I don't want it
You don't listen to me, now they listen to me

[Chorus]
Who do you think you are? (Yeah, yeah, yeah)
To get my time from me, eee
Yeah, who do you think you are? (Yeah, yeah, yeah)
To get my time from me, eee
I don't see why it's so hard (Yeah, yeah, yeah)
When you told me I wasn't what you needed, ayy
Who do you think you are? (Yeah, yeah, yeah)
To get my time from me, eee
(Runnin' away with me)

[Post-Chorus / Bridge]
Runnin' away, runnin' away, runnin' away, runnin' away, runnin' away
Runnin' away, runnin' away, runnin' away, runnin' away, runnin' away

[Outro]
Who do you think you are? (Runnin' away)
To get my time from me, eee (Runnin' away)
Yeah, who do you think you are? (Yeah, yeah, yeah, runnin' away)
To get my time from me, eee (Runnin' away)
(Runnin' away with me)

A.CHAL

Alejandro Salazar, known as A.CHAL (short for Alejandro Chal), is a Peruvian singer-songwriter and producer. His sound is described as falling somewhere “in the negative space between hip hop, R&B, chillwave, and pop music.”

A.CHAL was born in Peru, then later moved with his family to New York when he was 4 years old. In 2010, he relocated to Los Angeles and started making music, but he started rapping when he was just 12 years old. His lyrics speak about struggles, dreams and relationships, and sometimes jump from English to Spanish.

A.CHAL’s debut EP Ballroom Riots was released in 2013. However, he distances himself from this project, saying he doesn’t consider it his first “because it was something I made that was mainly production. I did not yet immerse myself as a vocalist. I was too shy at the time.”
