Everyone would say
Don't you know the way
Follow what I do
I have no clue
Yes, I guess
I'll go on wondering

Well, everything's got to be
Just what it had to be
I'll make you see
Soon you'll come with me
Yes, I guess
I'll go on wondering

As I change from left to strange
I know you might not come with me
But please let me sleep on it
I'm not, ooh

Man, oh man, you've come
Far from everyone
You and I
And I aren't dying
Yes, I guess
But I'll keep it coming

How I fell for you
Dreams of what you do
A fool to me
Smile and let it be
Yes, I guess
I'll go on wondering

As I change from left to strange
I know you might not come with me
But please let me sleep on it
I need, need my rest

Albert Hammond Jr.

Though best known as a guitarist and keyboardist for The Strokes, Hammond has also been performing periodic solo work since his 2006 debut album Yours To Keep.

Still a member of The Strokes despite the controversy surrounding and following their 2013 album Comedown Machine, Hammond began to gain more traction upon releasing his 2013 AHJ – EP under Strokes frontman Julian Casablancas‘ Cult Records Label.

Though still an official part of his bandmate’s label, he released his 2015 album Momentary Masters through Vagrant Records.
