[Chorus]
Ooh la la la
I'm sayin' ooh la la
To let you know it's real, yeah
Ooh la la la
I'm sayin' ooh la la
To show just how I feel

[Verse 1]
You came to me, when I was sad and lonely
In need of a love so faithful and true
Now all my bad days are gone
Thanks to you, good times have won
I found a best friend in you

[Pre-Chorus]
Juliet had a Romeo
Wherever she'd go, he would follow
Feelin' so much deeper than love
You and me share a heart of gold
Better than that, we share our soul
Feelin' so much deeper than love
And I say...

[Chorus]
Ooh la la la
I'm sayin' ooh la la
To let you know it's real, yeah
Ooh la la la
I'm sayin' ooh la la
To show just how I feel

[Verse 2]
I am your lady and I
Will always stand by your side
Hold tight when you need my hand
Together we're so strong
We'll make sweet love all night long
I am so proud you are my man

[Bridge]
You're my man
How I feel
Is so real
Come to me
And set me free
I am yours
For all times
'Cause you show me you're all mine, yeah
You're all mine
You're mine

[Chorus]
Ooh la la la
I'm sayin' ooh la la
To show just how I feel
(I need to know how you feel)
Ooh la la la
I'm sayin' ooh la la
To let you know it's real, yeah
(I need to know how you feel)
Ooh la la la
I'm sayin' ooh la la
To show just how I feel

[Pre-Chorus]
Juliet had a Romeo
Wherever she'd go, he would follow
Feelin' so much deeper than love
You and me share a heart of gold
Better than that, we share our soul
Feelin' so much deeper than love
And I say...

[Chorus]
Ooh la la la
I'm sayin' ooh la la
To let you know it's real, yeah
Ooh la la la
I'm sayin' ooh la la
To show just how I feel

Brownstone

Brownstone is an female R&B trio that came to fame in the mid-90’s. The original members of the group were Nicci Gilbert, Monica “Mimi” Doby, and Charmayne “Maxee” Maxwell.

They released their debut album From The Bottom Up on Michael Jackson’s MJJ Music label. It featured the #1 R&B smash “If You Love Me”.

Before recording their second album Still Climbing, they replaced Monica “Mimi” Doby with Kina Cosper. The second album yielded a solid hit in “5 Miles To Empty”, but the group disbanded before a third album could materialize.
