I ain't going nowhere, no, no

[Pre-Chorus: Jagged Edge]

[Verse 3: Kanye West]
With my tuxedo, he asked me, "Do you take this
Woman to hold and keep the safest?"
Plus to lace her, floss with paper
Crib and a car, man, you know the basics
Diamonds your best friend, that makes sense because
You a princess and you deserve the princess cuts
But as long as you got your defenses up
You can never get the love that was meant for ya
Shit, you know that I used to come through on the club tip
Real thugs don't never fall in love
Always on the G-0, for the D-O
Man, I had to take T-O, with some cutie
Since my money gettin' right these days
I wanna give you more ice than the ice capades (C'mon)
I gots the church, the ring (Huh)
There's somethin' I'm forgettin'
Oh, we gotta have J.E. sing at the wedding

[Chorus: Jagged Edge]
Just got me a crib and a new car too
I got the ring, but I gotta have you, baby
C'mon let's get married, baby
C'mon let's get married
Let's have some kids and a dog with a house
A lil' white fence, just like this, baby
C'mon let's get married, baby
Let's get married

Jagged Edge

Jagged Edge are an American R&B group consisting of Richard Wingo, Kyle Norman, and identical twins Brian Casey and Brandon Casey. The group formed in Atlanta in 1995 after Brian and Brandon met Kyle “through church activities.” Richard was the last member to join the group with an assist from Xscape’s Kandi, who was responsible for slipping Jermaine Dupri the group’s demo, and ultimately landing them a record deal with So So Def Recordings.

Jagged Edge’s best-selling album is their sophomore, January 2000 album, J.E. Heartbreak which is certified 2x Platinum. The album also produced two of the group’s best-known singles, “Let’s Get Married” and “Promise.”
