[Chorus: B. Casey]
Now when the seasons change
Hope we don't stay the same
Oh, we could use a break from the hurt and pain
When the seasons change, I know we can do the same
We can shed our leaves, with some light, we can grow today
When the seasons change
Winter, spring, summer, to the fall
Baby, by now we've been through it all
It ain't no summer if you be gone
And I know that we both can change, yeah

[Post-Chorus: Jagged Edge & B. Casey]
Oh-woah
Said we need a change, yes
Oh-woah
Said we all can change, yes
Oh-woah
Don't be afraid of the change, no, no
No,no

[Verse 1: Wingo, with B. Casey]
Never 'til the seasons change as we do too
Nothing remains the same, neither should me and you
Gotta have faith in the way, in the way that he moves
As the seasons change

[Pre-Chorus: Jagged Edge & B. Casey]
Oh-woah
We need a change, yes, we do
Oh-woah
We all can change, yes, we can
Oh-woah
And I know it's all in you, and it's in me toio
Oh-woah

[Chorus: B. Casey & Wingo]
Now when the seasons change
Hope we don't stay the same
Oh, we could use a break from all the hurt and pain
When the seasons change, I know we can do the same
We can shed our leaves, with some light, we can grow today
When the seasons change
Winter, spring, summer, to the fall
Baby, by now we've been through it all
It ain't no summer if you be gone (Ain't no summer)
And I know that we both can change
Yes, we can (Oh, yes, we can)
Ain't no doubt in my mind, no, no
That we both can change (Yes, we can change)

[Verse 2: B. Casey & Jagged Edge]
Now maybe we should change the flaws in ourselves
Sometimes we're not even real with ourselves
Every little change ain't perfect, but it helps
We can do it and you know it
And you see the easons change

[Outro: John Legend]
When the seasons change, we need a change
When the seasons change, ain't afraid of change
Oh, we need a change
We all can change
Oh, oh
Ooh-ooh
Said it's time for change, we need a change
When the seasons change, I ain't afraid to change
Oh, we need a change, we all can change
Oh, oh, yeah
Yeah, yeah, yeah

Jagged Edge

Jagged Edge are an American R&B group consisting of Richard Wingo, Kyle Norman, and identical twins Brian Casey and Brandon Casey. The group formed in Atlanta in 1995 after Brian and Brandon met Kyle “through church activities.” Richard was the last member to join the group with an assist from Xscape’s Kandi, who was responsible for slipping Jermaine Dupri the group’s demo, and ultimately landing them a record deal with So So Def Recordings.

Jagged Edge’s best-selling album is their sophomore, January 2000 album, J.E. Heartbreak which is certified 2x Platinum. The album also produced two of the group’s best-known singles, “Let’s Get Married” and “Promise.”

In a January 2016 interview with Billboard, Brandon revealed how the group adopted their name,
