[Intro: Nelly Furtado]
Someone needs to rap off, in, off the top
Yeah, yeah
Y-y-y-y-y-y-y-yeah
Yeah, yeah

[Verse 1: Nelly Furtado]
You're standin' at the door, I'm fallin' to the floor
You look even better than you did before
I'm starin' at my feet wonderin' if I can do this (Do this)
It's been a while, but I couldn't forget you

[Pre-Chorus: Nelly Furtado]
Just a little look has got me feelin' things
Just a little touch has got me seein' things
Just a little taste has got me off the chains
Doin' things that I don't wanna do

[Chorus: Nelly Furtado]
Do it like you do it to me (I'm burnin' up)
Do it like you do it to me (It's not enough)
Do it like you do it to me (Just open up)
Don't you know how much I want you?

[Verse 2: Nelly Furtado]
We're sittin' real close and I can feel your breath (I can feel your breath)
I wanna touch your hand, but I lay back
'Cause you know this thing could spiral in the night
I've changed my mind, I'm ready for you this time

[Pre-Chorus: Nelly Furtado]
Just a little look has got me feelin' things
Just a little touch has got me seein' things
Just a little taste has got me off the chains
Doin' things that I don't wanna do

[Chorus: Nelly Furtado]
Do it like you do it to me (I'm burnin' up)
Do it like you do it to me (It's not enough)
Do it like you do it to me (Just open up)
Don't you know how much I want you?
Do it like you do it to me (I'm burnin' up)
Do it like you do it to me (It's not enough)
Do it like you do it to me (Just open up)
Don't you know how much I want you? (Ooh)

[Verse 3: Missy Elliott]
I'm lookin' for a guy like you who wan' get with Miss
So we can 'dopt some kids and you could be Brad Pitt
Uh-huh, uh-huh, yes, sir
Got my tight jeans on, dancin' with my chest up (Woo)
Do it like you wanna do it to me
Got my clothes so wet, I can't breathe
Like a car, throw them D's on me
And we can rock to the beat, club close at three
I ain't tryna lead you on, on
I'm tryna turn you ass out
Come on get up on me, baby
Like you bouncin' on a couch
In the club, the DJs rock this
This how we pop and drop it
T-t-t-turn it up
Because I'm burnin' up (Let's go)

[Chorus: Nelly Furtado]
Do it like you do it to me (I'm burnin' up)
Do it like you do it to me (It's not enough)
Do it like you do it to me (Just open up)
Don't you know how much I want you?
Do it like you do it to me (I'm burnin' up, I'm burnin' up)
Do it like you do it to me (It's not enough, it's not enough)
Do it like you do it to me (Just open up)
Don't you know how much I want you?

[Outro: Nelly Furtado]
Yeah, yeah
Yeah, yeah
Y-y-y-y-y-y-y-yeah
Yeah, yeah
Y-y-y-y-y-y-y-yeah
Yeah, yeah

Nelly Furtado

Nelly Kim Furtado (born December 2, 1978) is a Portuguese-Canadian singer and songwriter. The songstress is well-known for hits such as “I’m Like a Bird”, “Turn Off the Light”, and “Promiscuous”.

She began her career in 1996 contributing vocals to Plains of Fascination’s “Walkin' 4 The Streets” and forming Nelstar. After leaving the group, Furtado released her debut single “Party’s Just Begun (Again)”.

Her debut album Whoa! Nelly was released in 2000 to worldwide success with hits such as “I’m Like a Bird”, “Turn Off the Light”, and “…On the Radio (Remember the Days)”. It received four Grammy nominations and one of the singles won for Best Female Pop Vocal Performance. It’s sold nine-million copies worldwide to date. Folklore is Furtado’s second album released in 2003. The album was not as successful as the previous one due to change in sound. “Try” and “Powerless (Say What You Want)” were the only top-ten hits from the album.
