I was a fool
Too blind to see
I turned my back
On all your needs
What a price
I almost let you get away

You're like the precious air I breathe
Without your love
I'm not complete
Now, I know
And my forever starts today

'Cause it's alright now with me
Yes, it's alright now, you see
I'll be all you'll ever need
This time

I can believe in who I am
Now that you're back with me again
I can see
That what is meant will always be

Let me reach out
And take your hand
I'll make you know
I am your man
You're the one that I will love eternally

'Cause it's alright now with me
Yes, it's alright now, you see
I'll be all you'll ever need
This time
'Cause it's alright now with me
Yes, it's alright now, you see
I'll be all you'll ever need
This time

This is the time
When we give to each other
Whatever we need
We learn that by giving
We'll always receive
And I know that our love
Will be all it can be
Ooh, this time

It's alright, babe
Yeah, love

'Cause it's alright now with me
Yes, it's alright now, you see
I'll be all you'll ever need
This time
'Cause it's alright now with me
Yes, it's alright now, you see
I'll be all you'll ever need
This time

Hey, baby
It's gonna be all right
Oh, yes, it will
That's what I mean
This time

This is the time
When we give to each other
Whatever we need
We learn that by giving
We'll always receive
And I know that our love
Will be all it can be
Ooh, this time

Yes, it's
And it's
I'll be all you need
This time

It's gonna work out
It's gonna work out

Ralph Tresvant

Ralph Tresvant is the lead singer for the multi-platinum R&B group New Edition. Their first album Candy Girl was released in 1983. Following the departure of Bobby Brown in 1985 and the 1986 cover album Under the Blue Moon, Ralph was considering going solo as the direction of the group was in question. After Johnny Gill was added to the group in 1987, Ralph reconsidered and New Edition went on to release their most popular album Heart Break in 1988.

Ralph did end up going solo as the group took a break and he released his self-titled album in 1990, which yielded the #1 R&B hit “Sensitivity.” He went on to release two more solo albums–It’s Goin' Down in 1993 and Rizz-Wa-Faire in 2006–as well as two more New Edition albums in 1996 (Home Again) and 2004 (One Love). New Edition continues to tour and Ralph also began touring in 2008 with Bobby Brown and Johnny Gill as the Heads of State.
