[Intro: Chase Rice]
Hmm, are we there yet?

[Verse 1: Cal Shapiro]
Our bodies burning like a bonfire
So close I could taste it (so close I could taste it)
And she was walking like a centerfold
In something high wasted (something high wasted)

[Pre-Chorus: Cal Shapiro]
I know that it's gonna get loose with whatever we do tonight
I'll go anywhere with you, got it feeling like a movie, right?
So close, no, we can't hold on forever
Oh, it's magic whenever we're together

[Chorus: Cal Shapiro]
Somebody tell me, are we there yet?
I can't help but stare at you pulling your hair back
I'm driving too fast
And I don't even care that we've been everywhere now
We're crossing state lines and we'll never turn back
Tell me, are we there yet?

[Post-Chorus: Cal Shapiro]
Somebody tell me, are we there yet?
Are we there yet?

[Verse 2: Cal Shapiro]
Oh, you know I'm down to the share, but I keep it to myself
I take her everywhere, but we do it real stealth
You know she wear it well, and she down to show and tell
'Cause if you wanna get to heaven, gotta raise a little hell

[Bridge: Chase Rice]
I wanna get in some trouble with you for tonight (trouble with you for tonight)
I don't care where we're going
You know that I'm down for the ride (know that I'm down for the ride)
Yeah, I wanna get in some trouble with you for tonight (trouble with you for tonight)
I don't care where we're going
Ready, set, roll, baby, you know that I'm gon' ride

[Chorus: Cal Shapiro]
Somebody tell me, are we there yet?
I can't help but stare at you pulling your hair back
I'm driving too fast
And I don't even care that we've been everywhere now
We're crossing state lines and we'll never turn back
Tell me, are we there yet?

[Post-Chorus: Cal Shapiro & Chase Rice]
Somebody tell me, are we there yet?
Hmm, are we there yet?
Tell me, are we there yet?
Somebody tell me, are we there yet?
I wanna get in some trouble with you for tonight
Somebody tell me, are we there yet?
I don't care where we're going, you know that I'm down for the ride
Are we there yet?
Somebody tell me, are we there yet?

Timeflies

The duo Timeflies combines pop songwriting styles with the studio tricks and big sound of EDM. Members Rob Resnick (producer) and Cal Shapiro (vocals) first met while playing in the Ride, a funk band that gigged around Tufts University. They formed Timeflies in 2010, and a year later self-released their debut album, The Scotch Tape (the title a reference to Shapiro’s love of drinking). On the Internet, Timeflies Tuesday soon became a regular feature of the band’s video-sharing channel, with popular charting hits all getting the unique Timeflies treatment. With subscriptions to the channel climbing at a quick rate, the Island/Def Jam label signed them and released their One Night EP in late 2012. The single “I Choose U” followed in 2013. Additional recording in their transplanted studio home of Los Angeles continued during the rest of the year. In 2014, Timeflies returned with their sophomore album, After Hours. The album debuted at number eight on Billboard’s Top 200 chart, buoyed by the singles “All the Way” and “Somebody Gon Get It” featuring T-Pain. The duo’s third full-length album, Just for Fun, appeared in the fall of 2015, including the singles “Worse Things Than Love” (featuring Natalie La Rose) and “Guilty.” The single “Once in a While” appeared in 2016. Their latest single, “Lay Me Down”, was released on 2 May 2017 for their upcoming album.
